Beautiful Flowers Around My House 🌸🌼🪴 A Story About Mey-Yii 👧
Hello dear Hive friends. No school tomorrow. It is Pchum Ben, a national Khmer holiday. The school is closed until Tuesday to return to school. I will go my mother’s hometown tomorrow to meet my relatives and to the pagoda where my mother's bones are placed.
I asked my husband go to with us too but he don’t want to go, he wants to relax at home. I will go with my two daughters and Mai Yii too. Grandma’s Mai Yii send her go to with us. Mai Yii's grandmother called me this morning to send Mai Yii with me because she was so upset she could not stay at home and she wanted to leave.
But Mai Yi stays with us almost every day, and she stays at the casino day and night, almost every day. I do not like her, she is irresponsible as a person. She does not care about her grandchildren, she does not cook for her grandchildren, she only gives money when her grandchildren are hungry.
I said on the phone with her that Mai Yii is okay staying with me, but the kid needs love from you, and you leave her with me until this is not good for kid, she really needs warmth from you. She cried and said that, I was very difficult in my heart now, please let Mai Yii go with you and love her like your daughter too.
After Mai Yi came from school, her grandmother took her clothes and made her came to my house and go visit my hometown with us. I'm really angry with Grandma’s Mai Yi, but I feel sorry for the child, if I do not allow the child to go with me, the child will have to stay home alone because her grandmother is addicted to casinos.
I could see that Mai Yii was upset with her grandmother, and she told me that her grandmother did not care about her. I asked her that, are you happy to go with us? She said she was happy. But her face is not smiling. I can see that she needs to be close to her grandmother like a child wants to be with her mother, and she always calls her grandmother mother. But this mother does not care about this child, she only cares about herself.
I think if Mai Yii can choose her will choose to stay with her grandmother, but she knows for sure that her grandmother is not at home and she does not want to be home alone. Mai Yii’s story is to making me for stress sometimes.
I think what happened with about her future if her has a grandma like that. I trying to make a good with this kid and give her some love and teach her like my daughters but this child copied her grandmother's way a lot, so it was difficult to teach her to be a good child.
It’s raining too much here, and I can’t to find any insects in a weekend. But I saw some flowers are beautiful around my house. This is a weeds flower but it’s so beautiful color. It’s made me want to take pictures of it because its beauty.
This plant I took from my niece’s house and when I picked them I don’t know what they are have the color. I am glad to see they are yellow flowers because it’s my favorite color.
This kind flower is easy to growing and going good very fast.

But after she returned to see her grandmother did not come to our house as before. We only know that she forbade us to come to our house, but we do not know why. Your plants are coming along beautifully. Poor Mai Yii, but thankfully she has you guys to show her some love and kindness. Tough on you guys though, when you feel you have to include her in everything you do as a family.
Yes we tried our best and she is like my daughter now. She eats, sleeps and go to school with my daughters.

I felt pity for Mhai Yii @sreypov. She don't have a mother to take care and love her. Her grandmother is the only hope she have but then she will also leave Mhai Yii. If that child would be okay in your family, i hope you will adopt her if you can. Orphans needs some love and care. She is still so young to experience being alone.
