π Brown Armoured Millipede, Green Cocoons In The Bathroom, & More! πͺ±
Hello dear Hive friends ππ». Today I found a lot of caterpillars in bathroom and other some insects around my house in our land. Those insects, I see them almost every day. But this multi-legged insect, I have only seen it twice. It prefers places with decaying leaves.
I saw it in behind our house near the river when I cuts the grass. It looks really scared. When I taking pictures of it I really worried about it wants to touch me. I learned its named is brown armoured millipede.
In our bathroom has six caterpillars become to butterflies. My husband said to me that if you lucky you will see them born as the butterflies. I tried to look at them some times but I am not lucky to see them and they are born to the butterflies all and lost.
They just leave the sheath in bathroom. I just wanted to know what are kind of them.
This morning I clean the grass around the coconut tree and I saw these moth are mating.
When I cleaned the grass near my house and I saw a lot of this kind worm in the grass. My two daughters are scared all the kind of worms. So they are donβt want to help me clean the grass much.
This is a big moth in our cabin. Itβs very quiet here. I think it's because of the strong wind outside that it's quiet here. Have a great day everyone. Good night from Cambodia π°π.

How beautiful everything you found and photographed to share with us. I love the centipede here I have seen, but the reddish colored ones and I don't remember seeing a butterfly coming out of its chrysalis or cicadas either.
I really love fine insects and taking photos of them. Thank you for your feedback.
... isn't an insect.
As you can also read in my pinned post, insects have always six legs.
It is correct that millipedes belong to the phylum arthropods like insects (but they aren't insects).
The one in your pictures should belong to the order Polydesmida.
Oh, I am sorry about that, I think itβs an insect because in my country we called anything that is small an insect. Thank you for your information.
You are welcome! :)
I was very scared when I see the Brown Armoured Millipede. But its color is so beautiful.
I think you scared all the most of insects.
