I have a vegan recipe again to share with you all, crushed chilies with birambis. If no birambi, use lime juice. 👩🍳🔪
🌶️🥊 Crushed Chilies Recipe 🥊🌶️

Ingredients
- 10 red and green chilies
- 1 bell pepper
- 12 cloves garlic
- 1/2 block tempeh
- 8 birambi fruits
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- amaranth leaves as you like
- 1/2 bitter melon
- 8 pumpkin vine shoots
- pepper elder as you eat
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 3 wings bean
Usually, I crush them with mortar pestle but I have only small pestle, not easy to crush.
Step 1Fry chili, mushrooms and garlic until smell aromatic and brown, take out of pan. | |

Step 2Fry tempeh also and let everything cool on plate. | |
Step 3Grind chilies, garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce, tempeh and birambi. | |
Step 4After ground. | |
Step 5Heat oil little bit in the pan fry bitter melon, put salt little fry it a few minutes, put it in the plate. | |
Step 6Then fry pumpkin vine shoots a little, then put pepper elder, fry it a little, put salt a little put it on the plate. | |
Step 7Fry amaranth leaves a little, put salt and fry it one minute, it’s ready. |
