This beautiful video shows how professional rally team works and operates from the moment when one event finishes until the moment they send the cars to another event.

The team I am talking about is M-Sport Ford, squad which is in the World Rally Championship from 1997 (before that year they were privateer team which ran the machinery for their owner Malcolm Wilson in British Rally Championship).

I admire the professionalism because everything is 100%. Watch it by yourself and enjoy. I am crazy about this tech staff in rallying.
