Ogier leads WRC Safari Rally Kenya 2022 after super special stage

Another gravel round of the World Rally Championship has finally started and it is probably the most interesting because it's been held in Africa which was not the case for the last twenty years (except last season).

I lime the Safari Rally, especially the past editions when the special stages were long for 100km or more. That was something really special. It was the true test of the car's reliability and the man's strength.

Super special stages are just for fun and for fans because you can see the whole action on one place. On the regular special stages you can see it on one or two corners and that's it. That's why it is good to see these kind of super special stages to enjoy the action of all the competitors.

Today it was eight-time WRC champion Seb Ogier who was fastest in front of two Hyundais of Thierry Neuville and Ott Tanak. Forth was another Toyota driver (the same as Ogier) Elfyn Evans while nine-time WRC champ Seb Loeb finished 5th overall.
