Onboard rally video of the day - Mikko Heikkila with Škoda Fabia Rally2 at ERC Rally de Fafe 2023

Hi, friends!

Sometimes it is just hard to except bad luck and that's what happened to the current Finnish national champion Mikko Heikkila on the first round of this year's European Rally Championship called Rally Serras de Fafe.

He led through out the whole rally and on the last special stage of the rally he had a puncture and he felt from the leader to finish 8th overall.

I saw him crying at the end of that last special and I suppose that this guy was hardly frustrated which is normal when you have such a bad luck.

This killed his boost and we still didn't see the same perfotmance from him in the next ERC outings after the opening round where he was dominating.

He needs to find a mental strenght as any of us in a rally car but I don't doubt that he will show some good results in the future...
