Ott Tanak tested with Hyundai ahead of Monte Carlo Rallye 2022

Hi, friends!

Season break has finally came to an end and Monte Carlo Rallye starts next week. I just couldn't resist so I bought WRC+ subscription instead of buying something for my rally car. I just like to watch every special stage LIVE which WRC+ service provide. This season they offer European Rally Championship every stage LIVE as well and all for the price of just World Rally Championship subscription.

Teams are taking their last moves to prepare for the rally and that means last testing session with every driver which is entered for the rally. Ott Tanak was one of them and WRC 2019 champion Tanak drives for Hyundai for the third season in the row,

I guess that he hopes for better reliability of their Hyundai i20 Rally1 car which wasn't good in 2021 after so much mechanical failures which costed Tanak of more then one win.

He even escaped last event of the season 2021 - Rally Monza because he was so frustrated with his pace on tarmac because an old car was just developed by Thierry Neuville who has completely diffierent driving style then Tanak with lots of understeering and that's something Tanak obviously hats.

From what I heard, Ott Tanak is satisfied with the new car and that has to be seen on the special stages next week.Until then we can enjoy with the video from this week's test from the French Alps.
