The fastest rally driver to have raced on tarmac (video)

Hi, friends!

The title above is from an interesting video I found on Youtube and it is talking about legendary French tarmac expert Gilles Panizzi who was able to beat most of the top guys of his generation.

I can't agree that he was, lets say better then Seb Loeb or Seb Ogier, but he was in class of his own back in a days.

I know about his performances with legendary F2 machine Peugeot 306 Maxi and then he got Peugeot 206 WRC, machinery which brought him all his wins in the World Rally Championship.
