Today, I woke from home very early in the living to prepare travel home for school because I had two meetings to attend. One was a church choir rehearsals for an upcoming annual harvest and second was a live studio recording on Facebook which is hosted by a friend of mine.

By 8am, I was ready to leave my house to journey to Lagos from Abeokuta where I stay in school. I took the opportunity to take these pictures below when I was about leaving.

When I left home, I hadn’t eaten anything so the next place I was going to was to go my regular spot for food but unlucky me, food wasn’t ready yet and I didn’t have much time because by 11am, the choir rehearsals was meant to begin and I was over 2 hrs far away from the place.

Since food wasn’t ready, I had to move on with hope to get some snacks on the way. After some minutes, my father’s call came in trying to know my location then I told him I was at abeokuta. He was pissed hearing I was still at abk at that time.

The reason he was pissed was because I told him I would be in Lagos yesterday but I could not make it because I spent so much time trying to make the despacito video I uploaded yesterday. I didn’t want to stand from my seat until I finished the video, so I changed my mind to leave today instead of yesterday.

To my father, his thoughts was that I could make it for the rehearsals because it was late and I would probably arrive there 12pm or 1am.

After the call, I decided to take bike for most of the travels but travelled with a car through the main express road.

Surprisingly, I got to my location after 11am but they had not started. I called my father to tell him about my arrival which made him very surprised to have arrived in a short time.

The rehearsal started in about an hour later around past 12pm. I wasn’t with my guitar so I didn’t play in the choir rehearsals but only listened to their songs. Below are pictures I took while in the rehearsals.

I don’t know if I have mentioned this before; my elder brother also plays the guitar but his kind is the bass guitar. I managed to take some pictures of him playing the bass guitar today.

Fast forward to my second meeting at the studio. It was where I spent the rest of my day. The studio had a guitar and I had my effect pedal with me, so everything was just fine. Below are some pictures I took before the rehearsals of friends that came along.

For the live studio session, we are to wear our white gament that’s why I am on white in the picture above.

Before the program started, I gave my phone to a young boy that came along with us to help take pictures but surprisingly, he took over 600 pictures. See prove in image below

From all the images he took, I deleted 652 images out of frustration and for need to free up space.

Before I forget, Vita Music Studio at Surulere is where the live recording held and below are some of the pictures I did not delete from the live session.

After the session I left for home and got home almost 10pm. It has a while I had been home, my mum and granny was happy to see me. I went in, prayed then went to have a bath before coming to write this blog.

I think I have briefed you on some details of today. It is about 11:47pm already, I signing out. Need to go eat dinner cos I’m starving already!
