Last First Semester: Overcoming Exams with Faith and Friends

Finally, I am done with my exams and this also means the end of the last first semester I will ever see and just a semester left before I am done with school. I am grateful to God for the completion of this semester. It had not been easy, especially the exams, because there were courses I knew nothing about a few days before the exam and was able to cover them enough to write something significant in the exams.

Not to even talk about the sleepless night, where I would have to keep myself awake because going to sleep is dangerous and would put me at academic danger. Somehow, during this period of exams, I got close to God. I prayed more often than I do normally, not actually because of the exams alone but because of the intervention in my life in general. For the exams, I put in as much effort as needed.

Because it was my final paper, my circle friends and I decided to dress in our native attire so that we could take pictures as a group. We did not really have any pictures we had taken before as a group, so this was the best opportunity for us to do so.

I really appreciate God for getting to meet this guys in school because they contributed to making the journey in school smooth. When it comes to things that any of us are lacking, we stand as a circle to help each other, especially in our academics.

Hopefully, this coming semester will go easy on us, as this is when there will be a lot of pressure regarding our final year project but I believe we will phase through it and come out stronger as individuals and also as a group.
