MY FIRST DAY IN AUGUST: A HAPPY NEW MONTH
Yesterday, which was Saturday went well for me. It's just like every other day but I am glad to be alive.
I woke up in the morning by 8am. Then did my usual morning devotion. I went back into my room to check if I had any messages from my WhatsApp line and other social medias. Then next up was to wash my toilet/bathroom. Yeah, they are together as one. I haven't really been at home and in my house it is my duty to wash the restroom and keep it clean. It is very comfortable doing that on Saturdays so I picked today so do the cleaning.
I made use of detergent, long brush, a toothbrush, a bucket and bowl to do the washing. Here are before and after washing pictures.

So after finishing my washing toilet, I brushed my mouth and then took my bath. Here are the pictures I took after bathing.
Then I went on to dress up and then went to eat my breakfast. I ate moimoi and pap/ogi (made from corn) I didn't take any pictures though. I had forgotten to.
I spent some time in my mum's shop to help her in some sales and watched a movie in my phone to while away some time. I took this interesting action comedy movie called Jumanji the next level which featured, the famous Dwayne Johnson and Kelvin Hart.
I must say, the movie was quite interesting and I really did enjoy watching it. Though I had watched the first Jumanji directed by Jake Kasdan and that was really interesting also. Jumanji the next level is just sequel to that one I previously watched.
Thereafter, I went for an haircut at a barbing salon which cost only a $1. Below are photos taken after having an haircut.

So when I got home, I decided to take some more pictures. But this time, I decided to make some editing on them. Yeah I love editing pictures, and I think I am quite good at it.
Below are the pictures I edited
You can take a good look at the pictures about, and you will notice a great difference in the editing which I have done.
I made use of adobe Photoshop to edit the photos and they were taken by my Infinix smart 3 plus
I rarely eat in the afternoon as it is known that only the rich can afford a 3 square meal. I am not saying I am from a poor family but from the middle class range.
So I ate eba and ewedu in the evening/night. To prepare eba, it is quite easy as it is made from Garri which is a processed cassava. If you have your Garri ready, all you need to do is to get your hot water in a bowl, pour the Garri into the hot water and stir with a turning stick.
While preparing ewedu, you only need to buy it, remove the leaves then soak in water for some time then mesh it on fire.
Below are some pictures taken when cooking the meal.

This is my meal for the night below

I had started eating before I took pictures, that's why the soup looks like that and I added small palm oil to give the eba that yellow colour.
Below is a picture of me devouring the food.
So that's how my day went. Thanks for reading. 😊🤗🤗
