As I sat down to reflect on my accomplishments this year, I found myself struggling to identify any breakthroughs or transformations. While I've learned a few things and made progress in various areas, these haven't resulted in any substantial changes in my life. However, I've learned to value small beginnings, as they have the potential to grow into something bigger. With that in mind, I'm hopeful that 2023 will be a more productive year and that the seeds I planted in 2022 will bear greater fruit.

One of my passions has always been technology, and this year I decided to take the plunge and delve deeper into programming. I dedicated more time to learning and researching various languages, including C, Python, and JavaScript. While I wouldn't consider myself an expert, I'm proud of the progress I've made and the fact that I can now recognize and read code to some degree. But I also understand that there is a distinction between knowledge and practical skills, and I am motivated to expand my expertise and apply my learning to real-world projects in the coming year.

In addition to learning new programming languages, I had the opportunity to bring several people onto Hive, a platform that I am passionate about. Unfortunately, some of these people ended up plagiarizing, which led to consequences that indirectly affected me and made me feel incompetent. As a result, I'm not sure if I will onboard as many people in 2023. However, I'm grateful for the few others I brought onto Hive this year who are very appreciative of my mentorship and guidance. They've been doing well since following my advice, and I'm glad to have been able to help them grow on the platform.

One of the highlights of this year was the Newbies Initiative, which my team and I were able to hold twice. The first program was extended due to my illness and the workload I placed on myself, but the second program went smoothly, with only minor deviations from the plan. Through these initiatives, we were able to provide mentorship and guidance to approximately 50-60 newbies. I couldn't have done it without the help of @projectmamabg, @samostically, @ksam, and the team leaders @nkemakonam89, @hopestylist, and @vickoly. The program will continue next year, with applications opening in January and the program starting in February 2023.

As I look back on this year, I can't help but feel that it was a process towards future achievements. While I'm not sure what those achievements will be or when they will come, I'm hopeful that some major victories will come my way in the new year. After all, it's the small beginnings that have the potential to grow into something bigger.

Thinking about it, I realize that I've come a long way from where I started. When I first began my journey in technology, I was a complete novice with no clue where to start. But through hard work, persistence, and the help of others, I've been able to make significant progress. I've learned so much this year, and I'm excited to continue my journey and see what else I can achieve. Whether it's mastering a new programming language or helping others grow on Hive, I'm determined to make the most of every opportunity that comes my way.

In conclusion, this year has been a process towards future achievements. While I haven't achieved any major victories, I've learned to value small beginnings and am hopeful that they will eventually lead to something bigger. I've dedicated more time to learning programming languages, brought several people onto Hive, and held two successful Newbies Initiatives. I'm determined to continue learning and growing, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.

Learning programming language alone is a huge success for this year ooo because I seriously don't find programming funny, those codes and their applications is very complicating but I guess not to you again boss..

You are a great man star and don’t be mad at yourself for onboarding people that don’t follow hive guidelines so you won’t stop onboarding more people and the newbie initiative you and your team did great because I was one of the people that benefit from it.

About programming I could remember a coursemate of mine who was learning it give up because he said it’s too hard for him to comprehend anything on itπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

this year has been a process toward future achievements.

This is a solid foundation you know... you are sowing seeds that will germinate in mega style soon, so it's a whole lot of achievement in progress. I think I have said this before, some people I know who took the same route of this programming stuff are bigger men today. I know it's a difficult task but it will be worth it in the end so ride on star ⭐

I am happy to have contributed a little to the newbies initiative program founded by you...thank you so much for taking this great mantle...I believe that no good deeds go unrewarded πŸ‘πŸ‘Œ

Great job on your progress this year! It's amazing that you've dedicated time to learning new programming languages and have been able to bring others onto a platform you're passionate about - Hive blockchain. It takes hard work and persistence to make such significant progress, and it's clear that you have those qualities. The fact that you were able to hold two successful Newbies Initiatives is a huge accomplishment, and it's wonderful that you were able to provide mentorship and guidance to so many newbies. Keep up the great work and don't forget to celebrate your small victories – they all add up and will eventually lead to something even bigger!

Wishing you the best as always!

Congratulations on your big win bro, you might think this is not a big win but it's a great achievement.
Continue to do your best for the people around you, everyone can't follow the rules and regulations, but the wise ones will benefit from your advice and they will be grateful to you at the end of the day.

When I joined Hive, I saw the newbie initiatives and I asked about it , my on boarder told me you and your team were the ones in charge of it, and I was so excited that you guys are trying to help individuals to their financial freedom. I salute all the members of the team, God bless you all.
I can't wait to join the upcoming initiative program.

Thank you for imparting knowledge bro, I wish you more wins and grater heights.
Please you haven't announced the winners of our previous Hive 9ja engagement contest, we are waiting patiently, maybe you have forgotten. Thank you so much @starstrings01

You have really done well bro. When I saw what you initiated for the newbies, I felt that this is what I missed when I started hiving. If I had this opportunity at my beginning stage, I wouldn't have made some of the mistakes that I made.

Thanks for sharing.
