Patience is one quality that is important to an onboarder, it is something I have learnt in time. Not everyone you bring in would perform as expected. Many for instance would need patience and steady guidance to be active on Hive.

I have been recently been onboarding a lot of people which is why I frequently need to be making meet ups to keep the people inspired or else they might give up without even starting at all.

My goal before leaving my university, is to at least groom 100 Hivers that would be very active and long term with Hive. At the moment, there are over 20 people with I have invited to Hive in my school and also created an account but yet I am still trying to motivate them to keep and check out on them also.

Onboarding does require patience. I've been privileged to onboard two people. The first person I onboarded refused to listen to all the details I gave him and ended up quitting after his first post wasn't supported. I was fuming because it wasn't even an intro post.

I became a lot more selective of the people I onboard. The second person is not very active but they've created a good intro post,A follow up post, and come online once in a while to comment. I'd say that's an improvement on my part.

I do inspire her to be more active. You're doing a great job

Yes man… I became selecting because not everyone can actually do Hive. This is because not everyone possess those qualities to being long term on Hive.

You remember my 3 C’s of a long term Hiver post.

You are doing a great job sir.
What I believe is Hive is a great opportunity and a live changer, bringing people onboard isn't an easy task, mentoring them is another great task on it own.

I know you are doing it because you are a good and kind hearted person all the users you have onboarded including me can't repay you because you have given us a new life, apart from the rewards I've earned on this platform I've met different users from different regions that share the same dream with mine, you made this possible by onboarding me and mentoring me. I can't repay you but I believe my God will repay you in thousand folds.

I just want to say thank you and God bless you sir 🙏♥️

Thank you very much for your nice words. I really do appreciate. So when would you start onboarding people to Hive?

. So when would you start onboarding people to Hive?

Like what I learnt from you, I don't want to onboard anyhow users. Like @b0s59 stated 3 r(s) com, Character, Content, and Consistency.. But firstly I want to get a new phone, build my rep, there are still some things I need to learn as a newbie and with your help I believe I will learn it asap, for instance how to use 3Speak for my vlogging, this and many more are what I want to learn and understand before I start onboarding new users.

Kudos for your commitment and hardwork to make Hive a better platform and to allow a lot of users showcase their talent and earn rewards from it.

Thank you very much sir for all the support you have given me ♥️♥️🙏

Popo.

Well if you can make me see how awesome hive is, den I don’t see why that 100 goal won’t be possible.

Keep buzzing 🐝🐝🐝

I've onboarded just one person. Well two. The other gave up before he even started. The second is doing well. She's trying her best and doesn't fail to reach out to me when she needs my assistance.

That’s how it is always. The thing is that they would surely come back after a long while in regret wishing they didn’t leave back then.

You are doing a great job with all of them, helping each one of them to join this community that will bring them many benefits and share everything they know, it is not easy at the beginning, it is just a matter of putting your heart into it and never give up until you reach your goal, who better than you who have all this experience to help them.

Good day boss, I must confess you doing a great job, and I don't know if you have a platform where you mention and share guide and tips on how to navigate hive.

I'll really appreciate if you can take me under your wings.

Thanks.
