Internship - Synergy between Theoritical & Practical

My brother's son is pursuing course in professional #accountancy. It is one of the toughest and lengthy course in India. It require dedication, patience and hard work to complete. He is in final phase, but before that he has to complete a 3 years of internship. This is only course in India which ask the students to get into practical zone before
appearing or completing the final exam. Final exam requires a certificate of Internship from a professional who has already got the degree and is a established professional in the industry before appearing the exams.

an intership is a period of time during which a student, a newly qualified professional or a recent graduate gets practical experience in a job

I had been gone through such phase in my career and really helped me in my career growth rapidly. I am sharing my knowledge on this topic.

For any aspiring young professionals, an #internship plays a vital role in striking a balance between their academic knowledge and practical training. Although they were not paid significantly for their job but the amount knowledge and experince gaining during the course of internship is invaluable. Actually, it makes the aspirants professional in their chosen career. It provide a unique opportunity for practical, trainee-level experience that is typically not accessible. Mere theoretical knowledge won't do world of goods for you unless you have the trainee level experience.

There are generally 4 essential benefits of Intership:

1. Helps in gaining practical exposure

Internsip provides a real-world work dynamics. They are the gateway to world of opportunities. Internships immerse you in industry jargon, which is invaluable for interviews. They not only facilitate learning from experienced professionals but also provide insights into their journeys and lessons learned, leading to your own progress. It is best to learn a new concept immediately after mastering in theoretical classroom.

2. Learn and make mistakes.

It is very pivotal to put your knowledge in practical. There is a vast difference between these two, and this is where Internship is bridging the gap. Providing practical experience where skills come to life. Skill mentors and enriching internships shape young professionals perspectives on the working world.

3. Building a strong network.

Internships is a unique platform to build strong relationships with experienced professionals and peers within the industry. Where a freshers always face challenges. As the career progresses, these professional networking can prove worthful in assisting each other in securing positions within their respective companies or receiving recommendations.

4. Understanding Client and Business.

Noone can gain exact understanding of the work profile, unless and untill you get into it. Through practical participation in real projects, trainees are exposed to the complexities of understanding client expectations and other business requirements. This direct encounter with real-world scenarios during internship not only hones professional skills but also underlines the practical relevance and application of academic knowledge.

Intership Refine an Individual.

There is a huge gap between a freshers and a intern. While freshers is fresh into the career world with only academics knowledge. An Intern is far more equipped to face the challenges. They have the industry exposure and know how to tackle different situation. While many professional hesitate or are not interested intership, due to less pay or extra workload. But in real it helps in shaping the career and refining th3 individuals.

As rightly said somewhere, the correct way to meaure the depth of an ocean is by getting into it. This is exactly suits in case of #intership.

Peace!!

The wealth of experiences that is gathered during the internship phase always prove invaluable later down on one's career path. I remember making a lot of mistakes during my internship but have the opportunity to learn from them has helped in creating a strong practical sense of the details on the job.
