Not everyone is blessed to have teaching quality. Even you have observed in your college, that not all professior have teaching ability....so if you pull a good feedback you got to see these as some hidden quality.

I agree with you. I have seen many teachers and professors who are not skilled in their field although they have knowledge but they are not standing on that point of teaching.
The quality which I have, I should embrace it.
