they don't have the slightest idea of making installations

they are only used to repair machines and lighting

they don't understand what wires are for

they always cross the wrong wires

they are experts in generating short circuits

do not know how to repair switches

do not know how to use technical drawings and plans

do not know how to interpret electrical instructions

have trouble using hand tools

do not know how to avoid electrocutions.
