Satire for Magistrates II

I do not come from ancient Rome

but I'll still tell you something about the magistrates

they say that the magistrates were citizens

of course of the group of citizens elected

to be in charge of the direction of the problems

and also for the administration of the city

the magistrates do not know how to practice executive, legislative and judicial

much less execute legislative and judicial activities

and not even to think of turning judicial activities jointly or separately

as well as separate legislative activities

they know nothing about jurisdictional limits

the magistrates do not know how to dress in black.
