Satire for the Stars

A few lines for the guides that illuminate our lives

the stars are fanatical about rectangles

they think they are superior to the sun and the moon

stars are the opposite of luminous astronomical objects

stars do not like gravity

they think they are whiter than beach sand

stars presume to be galaxies

and they are mere blocks of material

from where I am they are mere shiny specks

some are yellow in emoji form

although there is debate as to whether they are celestial

for some they are made of dust and gas and not sand.
