Boudapest The Last Day

Budapest day 3

Last full day in Budapest and I tried to and see as many things as possible. But luck wasn’t on my side many of the most interesting museums are closed probably because the Christmas and new years holidays have passed where it’s full season here so they probably doing maintenance? Maybe but I had to find the hard way by going to each and everyone and getting denied 😂😂😂. The disorganised me since I had planned to visit

1. The National history museum
2. The House of terrors
3. Museum of photography
4. Museum of trains

So I had to plan my hole day again I did my best and definitely found some good things.

I did remained speechless outside of the house of terrors which is a museum that exhibits things about the fascist and communist regimes and is in essence a memorial about the victims of this regime

Walking a found a beautiful wagon turned book store

I did not like their transportation but I loved how classic the metro stations are

So of to some sightseeing. Visited the Heroes square. It’s one of Budapest major square’s where the millennium monument is. The monument has a column where the archangel Gabriel is depicted and in the base they have the 7 seven chieftains of the Magyars.

Behind the square it resides the ice skating centre

And behind that there is the city park and the castle castle vajdahunyad. The park is amazing and it’s perfect for the spring and summer. You can also find the Hot air dying balloon

And the day ended with a night cruise in the Danube. You should do it if you ever travel there. The lights at night are magical
