Flying a kite in wavy day

Yesterday Was a National Holiday in Greece , We call this day Clean Monday or that is how i found it translated in google in Greece we call it Kathara Deytera. Clean Monday is a movable holiday it falls every year at the beginning of the 7th week, i.e. 48 days before the Greek Orthodox Easter and obviously always on a Monday.This day marks the beginning of Lent for the Orthodox Church, while at the same time it marks the end of Halloween. Clean Monday was named so because Christians are "cleansed" spiritually and physically.[1] It is a fasting day but also a holiday for Christians. The fast lasts 40 days, which were the days of Christ's fast in the desert. It is celebrated 48 days before the Sunday of the Resurrection of Christ, the Christian Easter.

It is common throughout Greece to eat lagana, i.e. unleavened bread prepared only on that day, taramas, halva, seafood, vegetables, olives and beans without oil. And of course to fly a kite. Of course there are different tradition and meal celebrated and eaten in different areas around Greece. In some places they are baking big laganas in the shape of dick.

So as you can imagine it's a big holiday for us so we eat and drink a lot.
For this day we mainly want to have a high temperature day ideally with sun to be comfortably outside and wind for the kite to fly . I really believe we had a good day not that sunny but with good temperature and wind.
