Making Homemade Pizza On Saturday

Hey guys

Yesterday the new Storm Named Barbara started showing us some signs of it's severity it started with some temperature decrease and then it started raining. So it was the perfect time to stay inside the night and watch some movies. What is the best food for movies???? ( I am sure the majority will agree with me ) So i thought why take out and not make my own dough. And voila I will show you the whole preparation and the results and to top it all off i will add one Youtube video on How The Best Pizza In The World Is Being Made.

For The Dough

  • One Big Ball
  • 8g Yeast
  • 1kg Flour For All purposes
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 3 cups of water
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of dark brown sugar

The Instant Yeast Doesn't Need to First Dilute It In The Water So We Put The Yeast , Water , Oil , Sugar 200g Of The Flour In The Bowl And We Start Mixing While Adding More And More Flour In The Bowl

Until We Have This

After That We Put A Cloth On Top Of It And Leaving The Dough To Rest At Least 1 Hour . Somewhere Warm it's optimum.

While We Waiting For The Dough We Are Starting To Prepare The Sauce.

For The Sauce

  • 2 Soup Spoons Of Tomato Puree
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Oil
  • Basil
  • Pepper
  • Bit of Water To Dilute The Puree
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder

We Put All Of That In A Small Ball Bowl And Mix Them Together We Try It and Adjust To Our Liking.

Now When The Dough Is Ready It Will Look Like This

We Are Getting Out Of The Bowl And I Separate It into Three

Now The Best Course Of Action Is To Put Two Of Them In The freezer And One To The Refrigerator For 24H Or Make It Now Whatever You Want. But aging Dough Is Better.

Now After We Open The Dough And Mold It Into The Shape We can We put The Toping.

For Toping

  • Turkey Fillet
  • Chorizo
  • Gouda
  • Sauce
  • Olives

We Are Baking In A Preheated Oven At 180-200 Degrees
And Voila

Yes it was really tasty. Me too because I make it exactly as I like it. The dough will get better as I make more and more 😂😂
