Hello my friends, fellow musicians, and lovers of good music on Hive. Best regards, I hope this post finds you well. This is Stefanovah and I'm here for week 197 of our wonderful Hive Open Mic... For this week we've got the theme "falling in love" chosen by @generp . We all know love is a beautiful thing, so it's a wonderful topic that brings joy to sing about.
I'd planned to make my entry earlier in the week but like the first two of this year, it's been really full of activities. As the saying goes, man proposes while God disposes. Anyway I have made sure to check ahead for next week's theme and decided on the song I'll do, which coincidentally is by the same artiste as the song I'm presenting now... While many have sang about love between a couple and others about how God loves, and is love, I have brought a song talking about falling in love with God.
Oh to love you is one of the more calm songs by Dunsin Oyekan and it's lyrics just expresses a deep desire to love God as we ought to. There's no question of God's love for us, just of how much we are able to love him in return... This was more than making a cover for me, as it is my actual desire and prayer. I hope you enjoy my entry.

Hola mis amigos, compañeros músicos y amantes de la buena música en Hive. Saludos cordiales, espero que este post te encuentre bien. Soy Stefanovah y estoy aquí para la semana 197 de nuestro maravilloso Hive Open Mic... Para esta semana tenemos el tema "enamorarse" elegido por @generp. Todos sabemos que el amor es algo hermoso, por lo que es un tema maravilloso sobre el que da alegría cantar.
Había planeado hacer mi entrada a principios de semana, pero al igual que los dos primeros de este año, ha estado muy lleno de actividades. Como dice el refrán, el hombre propone mientras Dios dispone. De todos modos me he asegurado de revisar con anticipación el tema de la próxima semana y he decidido la canción que haré, que casualmente es del mismo artista que la canción que presento ahora... Si bien muchos han cantado sobre el amor entre una pareja y otros de como Dios ama, y es amor, he traído una canción que habla del enamoramiento de Dios.
Oh to love you es una de las canciones más tranquilas de Dunsin Oyekan y su letra simplemente expresa un profundo deseo de amar a Dios como debemos. No se trata del amor de Dios por nosotros, sólo de cuánto podemos amarlo a cambio... Esto fue más que una cobertura para mí, ya que es mi verdadero deseo y oración. Espero que disfrutes mi entrada.
