💵Compré una máquina de mini donas 🍩🤩

¡Holaaa amigos de Hive! Espero que se encuentren muy bien, por aquí les habla su amiga @stefy.music con un nuevo post para contarles de algo que me hace súper feliz y es que por fin logré comprar la maquinita de hacer mini donas 😆 y pude hacer algunas mini donas con mi esposo en casa. Créanme que este es un pequeño proyecto que estuve armando con él y de verdad espero que podamos surgir pronto, sin más introducción les dejo el post, espero que les guste.

Primeramente les diré que está máquina de mini donas fue adquirida en un Sam (bolsa de ahorro) y tuvo un costo de $50 pero que valió la pena realmente, dicho Sam fue organizado por una amiga y me anexé para intentar hacer estás donas.

First I will tell you that this mini donut machine was purchased at a Sam (savings exchange) and it cost $50 but it was really worth it, Sam said it was organized by a friend and I joined in to try to make these donuts.

Luego de eso procedí a comprar los ingredientes e implementos con mi esposo que me ha estado apoyando con esta idea de la mini donas. Compré desde una brocha para engrasar hasta un pequeño individual de goma que es de color rosado para no ensuciar la mesa.

After that I proceeded to buy the ingredients and implements with my husband who has been supporting me with this mini donut idea. I bought everything from a grease brush to a small rubber placemat that is pink so as not to dirty the table.

La receta la vi en tiktok así que no recuerdo donde está el vídeo y pero los ingredientes que usé fueron azúcar, huevos, harina de trigo, polvo para hornear, leche y para decorar usamos chocolate y algunas chispas y estrellitas jeje.

I saw the recipe on TikTok so I don't remember where the video is but the ingredients I used were sugar, eggs, wheat flour, baking powder, milk and to decorate we used chocolate and some sprinkles and stars hehe.

Pensamos que sería sencillo pero fue todo un proceso donde mi esposo también se había estresado un poco y es algo cansado batir manualmente los huevos hasta que se aclare la mezcla para hacer lo demás.

We thought it would be simple but it was quite a process where my husband had also gotten a little stressed and it is somewhat tiring to manually beat the eggs until the mixture becomes clear to do the rest.

Esto son los implementos que compré, me sentí como la adulta responsable que comprar las cosas que necesita para el hogar jejeje pero en este caso es por y para el trabajo.

Como les decía batir la mezcla tomó su tiempo pero se logró, después de que se blanqueara tenemos que agregar el azúcar hasta diluirla luego de eso la leche, el polvo para hornear y al final la harina hasta formar la masa o mezcla.

As I said, beating the mixture took time but it was achieved, after it was whitened we had to add the sugar until diluted, then the milk, the baking powder and finally the flour until the dough or mixture was formed.

Luego de tener lista la mezcla la coloqué en este frasco para poder hacer las donas, en el proceso me pasó que ejercí mucho fuerza y se abrió el frasco e hice un desastre jejeje pero luego logré resolver.

After having the mixture ready I placed it in this jar to be able to make the donuts, in the process it happened to me that I exerted a lot of force and the jar opened and I made a mess hehehe but then I managed to solve it.

Como ven ya aquí están listas y en proceso de cocción. Al principio las primeras donas salieron como pequeños discos pero luego ví que era por falta de mezcla.

Aquí ya las donas están infladas como pueden y están súper doraditas, aunque no lo crean tienen un sabor muy bueno a pesar de no ser donas fritas.

Para seguir con la temática de Hive mi esposo derritió chocolate a baño María y yo el apliqué colorante rojo por el logo de la blockchain. Lo hago en modo de agradecimiento por todo el apoyo dado en estos años.

To continue with the Hive theme, my husband melted chocolate in a bain-marie and I applied red food coloring for the blockchain logo. I do this as a way of thanking you for all the support given over the years.
