¡Un saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive! Hoy toca un post diferente, no hay gameplay ni canciones en flauta sino un post avisando sobre un pequeño suceso en mi vida y como mi esposo dice que soy más salada que el mar entonces les cuento que fue un incidente lo que me pasó jejeje. Hace unos días iba caminando y me doblé el pie lo cual me ocasionó dolor y bueno me colocaron una férula y me mandaron reposo, aquí les contaré sobre esta pequeña aventura que viví con mi esposo @daniel2001 que es un tanto graciosa y dolorosa a la vez...

Greetings to the entire Hive community! Today is a different post, there is no gameplay or flute songs but a post warning about a small event in my life and since my husband says that I am saltier than the sea so I tell you that it was an incident that happened to me hehehe. A few days ago I was walking and I bent my foot which caused me pain and well they put a splint on me and told me to rest, here I will tell you about this little adventure that I lived with my husband @daniel2001 which is a bit funny and painful at the same time...

Como les decía me doblé el pie pero eso fue hace varias semanas aproximadamente dos para ser exactos. Ese día mi mamá se sentía mal y tenía que llevarle la comida a su esposo (mi padrastro) al trabajo pero me pidió el favor y en eso esposo llegó del trabajo y yo estaba donde mi abuela y él también llegó del trabajo.

Como mi mamá estaba enferma nos pidió el favor y al final fuimos los dos. En eso que vamos caminando cerca de una pequeña plaza cerca del edificio de mi abuela fui a subir un escalón y tropecé entonces fue ahí cuando me doblé el pie e incluso escuché como sonó, mi esposo me sujetó y luego me sentó por ahí cercs hasta que pasara el dolor. Luego de eso pide caminar un rato pero con dolor y al pasar los días no le presté atención porque la hinchazón bajó.

As I was saying, I bent my foot but that was several weeks ago, about two weeks ago to be exact. That day my mother was feeling bad and had to take food to her husband (my stepfather) at work but she asked me for a favor and then her husband arrived from work and I was at my grandmother's and he also arrived from work.

Since my mother was sick, she asked us for a favor and in the end we both went. While we were walking near a small square near my grandmother's building, I went to go up a step and tripped, that's when I bent my foot and I even heard how it sounded. My husband held me and then sat me down nearby until I the pain will pass. After that he asked to walk for a while but with pain and as the days went by I didn't pay attention because the swelling went down.

Luego de eso una amiga vino a la casa a visitarme y hablar conmigo, se quedó hasta tarde y mi esposo y yo la acompañamos a su casa pero cuando teníamos ya un rato caminando me tropecé porque estábamos debatiendo en qué calle meternos y me doblé el pie nuevamente y fue feo, ella se tuvo que ir sola lo que quedaba de camino y nosotros nos regresamos. Mi esposo me ayudó a ir poco a poco e incluso me cargó pero ambos nos cansamos mucho pero llegamos.

After that a friend came to the house to visit me and talk to me, she stayed late and my husband and I accompanied her to her house but when we had been walking for a while I tripped because we were debating which street to turn into and I twisted my foot. again and it was ugly, she had to go alone for the rest of the way and we returned. My husband helped me go little by little and even carried me but we both got very tired but we arrived.

Y bueno luego de eso me desperté de lo más casual al día siguiente y bueno el pie seguía hinchado pero ya ponía caminar un poco y fui a una grabación que tenía por la mañana, luego de eso busqué a mi esposo al trabajo y fuimos a donde mi suegra la cual me recomendó ir al hospital central pero era domingo y estaba muy lejos. Fui al hospital los samanes que está cerca de la casa de mis suegros pero no había ni especialista de traumatología ni insumos para rayos x y por ende me tocó y al seguro social.

Luego de que me atendieran me enviaron a hacerme unos rayos x porque en ese lugar no había insumos y tuve que ir al hospital militar ya que es más económico.

And well after that I woke up very casually the next day and well the foot was still swollen but I started walking a little and I went to a recording that I had in the morning, after that I looked for my husband at work and we went to where My mother-in-law recommended that I go to the central hospital but it was Sunday and it was very far away. I went to the Los Samanes hospital, which is near my in-laws' house, but there was no trauma specialist or x-ray supplies, and therefore I had to go to social security.

After they treated me, they sent me to have x-rays because there were no supplies there and I had to go to the military hospital since it is cheaper.

El dolor era tan intenso que sentía algo feo por la pierna y me mandaron a hacerme la placa de la rodilla para descartar. Las radiografías tuvieron un costo de $10 y en total fueron $20 ya que fue de rodilla y tobillo.

Increíblemente cuando me dieron los resultados no me entregaron la placa en físico sino que tuve que tomarle una foto y enviársela al doctor cuando llegara nuevamente a la emergencia de traumatología. Si, es triste como esta la situación actual del país con este tema de la medicina y los insumos médicos en general.

The pain was so intense that I felt something bad in my leg and they sent me to have a knee X-ray done to rule it out. The x-rays cost $10 and in total they were $20 since it was of the knee and ankle.

Incredibly, when they gave me the results, they did not give me the physical plate but I had to take a photo of it and send it to the doctor when I arrived at the trauma emergency again. Yes, the current situation in the country with this issue of medicine and medical supplies in general is sad.

Los resultados arrojaron a qué en mi rodilla derecha no tenía nada pero si en el pie como tal en la zona del peroné, en la base o "cabeza" como me dijo el doctor.

The results showed that there was nothing in my right knee, but in the foot itself in the fibula area, at the base or "head" as the doctor told me.

Luego del diagnóstico tuvimos que comprar algunas cosas como 2 guata y 4 bandas elásticas. Y procedieron a colocarme y a férula que debo llevar alrededor de 2 semanas y luego ir a consulta que sería el 12 de este mes de abril.

After the diagnosis we had to buy some things like 2 padding and 4 elastic bands. And they proceeded to put me in and put on a splint that I should wear for around 2 weeks and then go to a consultation that would be on the 12th of this month of April.

Mientras a mi me colocaban el yeso mi esposo me esperó con estos snacks que fueron los que pedimos en farmatodo junto con los insumos para el vendaje.

While they were putting the cast on me, my husband waited for me with these snacks, which were the ones we ordered at the pharmacy along with the supplies for the bandage.

Al final todo salió bien tocará guardar reposo y bueno esperar la pronta mejoría. Son en éstos momentos que se sabe quién es cada quien y con quiénes contamos. Mi esposo es alguien muy atento, siempre acompañándome en cada aventura o necesidad que yo tenga, yo lo amo mucho 💙💜🥰

Agradezco a cada persona que ha estado pendiente de mi sea por Whatsapp o en llamadas y en algunos aportes que me han dado. Próximamente les estaré avisando de cómo es este proceso de mejoría física, nos vemos en otro post bai bai 💜😆🦴

In the end everything went well, we will have to rest and wait for a quick improvement. It is in these moments that we know who each person is and who we count on. My husband is someone very attentive, always accompanying me on every adventure or need I have, I love him very much 💙💜🥰
