And I am sure he does boom votes randomly and never for all this.
I guess so but all these rethreads without adding value is just spammy, atleast in my opinion.
New strategy now... get Hive powered up so they look like normal accounts. And because getting post authors may seam dificult, they delegate to ecency.
Bots? Probably not. Hoping for a boom? Definitely!
Most probably autovote him or are in some kind of curation trail though.

Indeed, rethreadings get my upvotes. Usually 2-5%.
It's Like a quick way to say my ThANK YOU, for boosting my visibility.
But boom? I dont think rethreading ever got a real 100% boom.
As long as I can remember.
The followers/rethreaders motives are mostly immaterial to me though it may bother some. With InLeo's current status the increased activity and engagement is a net positive at this point!

I think the boom-drug has hooked quite a few. And tbh, something tells me it's some sort of network doing it. Possibly, but not certainly, a minor scam network.
I thought you were trying to influence more engagement and threads in here.
