It is really cool when it hits totality. You can get the partially covered sun from the photos but the moment when the glasses come off is awesome. We were like 12 miles apart 😆 we almost rented bikes to pedal up to the border while we were waiting for eclipse lol

We lived not far away, so it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it... especially as the next one in our region is in a few years' time 😀
