The main reason I got my Netflix reconnected because of the documentaries in it. Only a few things come ahead of documentaries for me. I currently have a couple of documentaries lined up to see, from Roman Empire, to WWII and a number of others. I stumbled on this one while searching for what to see after watching Manifest, a great show by the way.

ABOUT Awon Boyz

A 38 Minutes documentary showcasing the day-to-day life of an average Nigerian youth. The battles fought in the streets, the dreams and aspirations of these young men. The documentary was shot in the slums of the streets of Nigeria, bringing the viewers a lot closer to the story.

Insightful, profound, and filled with wisdom; these are just a few words that describe this heartfelt documentary. As a Nigerian who has spent part of his life on the street, the story of the young men in this show was one I can relate to. An educating and still entertaining show, you could literally feel the emotion from the show. Awon Boyz tells the story of love, freedom, struggle pain, etc. A story that teaches one to appreciate the little thing he/she has. One I'd recommend.
