LIFE IS UNFAIR

I thought about what to write for so long and I came to the conclusion that this one was the best I could have written about. I have had my fair share of pain, adversity and all that bad and uncomfortable stuff life throws at you but I just believe that I have to keep going, keep learning, keep striving for the better and of course, keep growing.

Learn to live with it

It is one skill that is very important for every single living thing on earth, survival. Good things don't just come at your like you have some fairies who grants you wishes, wait, maybe they do, but life would always happen, and you decide how to react to it. I was reading the book by Kevin Hart the other day and he said,

Life happens, and you can choose to cry about it or whatever, I choose to laugh about it.

You won't be surprised I guess, he is one of the funniest men alive. Life would happen, things would go against your plan, but you decide how to react to it. Where I live, there has been a famous slang which prompted me to even think and apparently write about this topic, it goes "Life no balance". Its in a local language in Nigeria called pidgin English. It made me think and realize at the same time that life isn't fair, or should I say, balanced, Lol. You have to learn to live with this things and strive for the best for your self, aim for your goal, be determined, focused, bla, bla, bla.

I am guessing your next question would be, "how do I live with it and all". You just have to channel that energy, that pain, that anger. When you realize how painful tooth removal is, you won't take so much ice cream. Okay, that was probably a bad example but you get my point. I stumbled on a video online recently and I saw a man talk about how bad life was for him as a kid, how poor he was, but he became rich because he got angry, with poverty I mean, haha. He says, "anger is God's gift to us humans". He got angry and vowed that he won't be poor and started working. He channeled not only the anger but also the pain of suffering and turned it into good fortune. A famous rapper once said,

I turned my misfortune into a fortune.

The graphics already says everything for this final part. Live your best, laugh, love, learn, grow. Realize that life isn't going to revolve around you and that you are not always going to get what you want and that's okay. Get a grip of you self you entitle little prick. I know, that final part wasn't necessary, hahaha, I just felt like saying it anyways. Be happy. don't let anyone or anything take away your happiness. Don't be grumpy old Ebenezer scrooge, nobody wants that person around.

This is probably my beginning of #500wordsaday challenge. I don't know how long I can keep it up. I also didn't write my best, I just thought about it and boom. Tell me what you think though. Oh, and by the way, I made this badass graphics, 😎.

Thank you for writing. Yes, true life is not fair. You cannot determine what is going to happen, but you can choose how you react to what happened and what you are going to make of it.
Go look on my blog how unfair life was to us today.

Life might seem unfair, but everything happens for a reason.

Maybe, but sometimes things happen because we caused it or made it happen.

Life is... whether someone thinks it is fair or unfair or for what reason is all a matter of opinion. As you said you can choose how to react to it. My father used to always tell me life was unfair when I was a small child to make me tough. Now I think that life just is... But for sure you have to be able to know when opportunities exist and be able to seize the moment when the time is right. At the end of the day just do what your heart tells you to do and at least you've tried to do the right thing... Most people are too afraid.

Couldn't have said it better. In the end, it all just boils down to seizing the moment and following your heart, never fails.

Here in Yuma County, Arizona, USA fair is in April and it was cancelled this year due to CV 19. Not fair! 😂

The Marines have a motto: Adapt, Overcome, Advance. I'm not a Marine and never wished to be one but it's pretty damn good advice.

It's my choice whether the glass is half full or half empty.

I love your graphics. Very nicely done.

Yes, sometimes life seems unfair, what we see as problems are only lessons that help us grow as human beings, and everyone is free to bring out the best or the worst in every situation. I hope your day will be wonderful!

Wow awesome badass graphics, now down to the topic, I personally don't think even the rich are always happy.

In their exotic little castles perhaps unhappy their children cannot go out and play for fear of being kidnapped, lamenting "life is not fair".

Easiest way to get over feeling sorry for oneself is to look at those living in slums, where life really appears to have no joy, yet they make it or find something to smile about.

We waste too much of our lives being grumpy thinking "Life no balance", no one listens, make something happen like enjoying your badass graphics. Well done nice topic!

I think we can all get through this pandemic if we think this way. Life dishes out plenty of challenges. It's not about side-stepping them or putting up a shield, but about bravely facing them, and realizing that you're actually a better and stronger person as a result.

The "Get a grip..." line made me laugh out loud.
