The Roaring Lion - Leo/Zealy Art Contest

There is so much going on right now. Kinda hard for me to keep track of anything at all even. I wasn't with my drawing tablet at the office so I decided to conjure up something for the Zealy art contest which I should have done some time ago with dear ol' Canva.

THE PROCESS

It was a fairly easy process. My aim was to either make the lion be worshiping the logos in a burnfire, or playing around it. This seemed a more feasible plan.

The first thing was to make the setting a bit more 'Lion Like'. A little fiery cave all around the frame and it already set us up well for the coming elements.

What is a Lion without its den?! I put one up and then also put a mountain in the background so it doesn't just look bland and without depth. I ensured the scape matched the image with a little tweaks here and there just to perfect it.

Getting the right Lion vector was a struggle. None fit the bill of what I needed and I couldn't draw myself one. Finally settled for Mufasa vibes with logos underneath. Not my best but, it's not the worst either.
