Rising star - What will you blend?
Introduction and update
We thought we would do an update on what we are up to and how we are doing on Rising Star and if there is anything new. There has been some big announcements this week. Firstly you have the new seasonal cards just in time for Easter. These cards can become very collectable and are only available for a limited time. This year we got a nice cute Bunny that can only be found in packs!
Once you have one you can start doing the Egg Hunt mission which is under special missions to find the seasonal instruments. This year you get errr a chocolate piano and a bunny guitar! Very cool although not that practical a chocolate piano.
Once you have ten of these instruments you can blend them which leads us to another cool update from @atomcollector. Now from now on to belnd a card you will need a fix it card which can be found under other cards in your collection. This costs 0.5 Star pro and will be needed to blend cards. This is a great innitiative and will help the game economy buy burning Star pro. However even more exciting is there will be some new special cards that you have to blend various other cards and even those old crafting parts to get. We cannot wait to see what the new special cards are going to be!
Our progress so far
We are currently in position 17th on the leader board and we got a few new cards and packs last week to move up a bit! Mainly we like a bit of healthy competition and want to stay ahead of @monsterjamgold and @steevc
Favourite card for the week
Every week we will highlight our favourite card for the week. This week it is - The Pink low rider...imagaine us all having one of these and driving around brighton....we should get pink SUB suits made to go with it!
The Stick Up Boys tip for the week
This week our tip for newbies is that everyone plays this game differently. There are many reasons people play this game and so many different styles of play. Also some things are definitely for later game players so if you are unsure pop in the discord and ask questions there. Also most people look at starbits for the game economy but I would suggest you also look at Starpro and this has a very limited supply and as more things are introduced it will become harder and more expensive to get!
Our NFT records in the game
As musicians one of our favourite things is having our records in the game! You can buy our records as well as stake on them. This is an amazing thing for artists to get more exposure for their music and earn a few starbits. It is also a brilliant way for you to support artists on the blockchain! I will try to blend them ALL!! 😃 The STARPRO token is definitely harder and harder to get, and the FIX IT card should help the game economy in general... Blending common cards sounds intriguing and I can't wait to see how it looks!

I don't think I'll catch you on the rankings now, but I'm still one of the top unique card holders. I'm doing the Easter mission, but have 3 guitars and no pianos yet. It is tempting to just buy the cards, but I'll keep running it for now. Of course I want the animated ones too really.
It really is a cool game and it's got better since the server upgrade.
