What will we be doing on Hive in 2023?

Introduction

As we have said many times we love Hive and love being here. Not only is it so nice to be away from Facebook and INsta and all that stuff, we love Hive and the supportive community. It has been nice over the last year to get to know people. We also love Hive as it offers some great opportunities and we already have our plans of what we will be doing this year, so we thought we would share them a little bit. Not the super secret plans, obviously we can't share those....but other plans....

Music

We plan to release a lot more tunes on Rising Star this year, not just the Stick Up Boys ones but some through our label too. It really is a great place to share your music as the community supports independent musicians 100%! We also plan to be using NFT Tunz to release some of our instrumentals. These will be NFT's available for licencing, so if you need some music for a video or a stream then you can buy these and use them!

We will also continue our music playlists on Spotify this year and it has been good to share them. We love all getting together and sharing music and listening to new things. We love @ablaze and his Three Tune Tuesday initiative for this!

We also have started setting up a live set up and really want to do Hive Open Mic this year as we just love it!

Gifs

As some of you know we started making gifs when we joined Hive we now have over 175,000,000 views on Giphy and probably the same on Tenor. That is like a lot of views. Unfortunately we do not make any money from our gifs and have a lot of requests for gifs. We plan to start using Legion as the payment token for people who want our gifs...we are jobbing musicians and artists and have to eat too!

Onboarding

We have talked about onboarding before and have learnt a lot of lessons this year. We aim to be working with some of our friends with the target of onboarding 40 new users this year. These will be musicians, artists and actors. We think Hive is a great pace for these kind of people to share their content and we hope to reach our target. However we know it is not only onboarding that needs to have to happen but also to keep them going and understanding the Hive communities! This is not easy so wish us luck!

Curation

We will carry on curating great content on Hive and supporting the music and arts...our curation account keeps growing and we are now at 162k HP which is incredible and really helps us acknowledge and encourage more music and arts!

Bro and Legion

We will still be working with the Bros and developing utility of their new token Legion. This is a very exciting project for us and @brofund is being well looked after by @raymondspeaks. We will be helping him spread the word as well as exclusively selling some of our NFT's for Legion as well as gifs for the long list of people who want gifs. We feel secure using this token as Bro is asset backed and we know the price will continue to go up over time and it is well supported.

Stick Up Boys game

Now this is a tricky one as it is not easy to get a game going! However we have started working on our games and the concept is all there. Now there is not going to be a massive buy in and millions of NFT! We are just making a few games you can just play! I will not say much more about it as there is an unknown element about it. We are not devs and don't understand the complexities of what we are trying to do but have got 3 cool devs as part of the team!
