1. Coin Story

The Gallipoli Landing took place in 1915, during the First World War. The battle that took place on the shores of Gallipoli was brutal and many soldiers from each of these nations lost their lives. A number of movies and documentaries have been made in remembrance of these soldiers and to highlight the acts of bravery and courage that was displayed by both sides.

In 2015, on the centenary of this conflict, four of the nations that were heavily involved in the battle at Gallipoli came together in the spirit of peace and friendship to contribute towards the creation of this amazing four coin silver proof set.

A very cool set with an amazing effort to produce such a level of collaboration between allies and a former enemy commemorating one of the most bitter battles of the 20th century.

The price of silver has been bouncing about quite a bit lately. At the moment it is actually quite low in my opinion, obviously it could still go lower, but it is also poised to go much higher if some of the macroeconomics around the world continue on their current trajectory.

Nice set but crazy battle . That battle with so many deads happens when soldiers do what they are asked to do although it is crazy to storm a fortified rock. I saw a movie about it.
