La rutina se trata de un circuito de alta intensidad en pareja, que con solamente una serie que hagamos del circuito completo, bastará para hacer el trabajo en la zona abdominal.
The routine is a high intensity circuit in pairs, and with only one series of the complete circuit, it will be enough to work on the abdominal area.

Como mencioné anteriormente, la meta es hacer almenos una serie del circuito completo, sin descanso. Si aún no se sienten conformes, pueden hacer otra serie. Recuerden que la intensidad del ejercicio la pueden ajustar según su condición física.

Estos ejercicios si que me agradaron mucho, trabajar y fortalecer los abd nos aportan mucho beneficio en diferentes ámbitos de la calistenia, muy buena variaciones, espero ver otros parecidos.
