ENGLISH CONTENT

Hello to all the members of this community and art lovers! One of the things I have achieved thanks to this platform is to awaken my sense of observation, since previously I missed certain details around me because I was immersed in my thoughts. Now that I live in the city of Caracas (Venezuela), every time I go out, I activate my "radar" and I am waiting for something that is interesting to photograph.

This is how I have not only come across beautiful murals, but also interesting sculptures that passersby seem to completely ignore and there are even some that have been vandalized. Every time I come across a sculpture that I haven't seen, I stop to photograph it and, of course, contemplate it. There are some that still have their plates, so you can know the artist or the name, but some do not have any type of information.

I like to try to understand the artist a little, examine the form of his work and even touch the material. So the people who see me think that I am "strange" for feeling fascinated by those sculptures, I can understand the "creator's love" and I know that those works were made with dedication and affection by their sculptors. They deserve to be appreciated for what they are: Works of art that are there to beautify the city and our hearts.

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad y a los amantes del arte! Una de las cosas que he logrado gracias a ésta plataforma, es despertar mi sentido de observación, ya que, anteriormente me perdía de ciertos detalles a mi alrededor por estar inmersa en mis pensamientos. Ahora que vivo en la ciudad de Caracas (Venezuela), cada vez que salgo, activo mi "radar" y estoy a la expectativa de algo que sea interesante para fotografiarlo.

Fue así como no sólo me he hallado con murales hermosos, sino con interesantes esculturas que los transeúntes, parecen ignorar por completo e inclusive, hay algunas que han sido vandalizados. Cada vez que me encuentro con una escultura que no había visto, me detengo para fotografiarla y por supuesto, contemplarla. Hay algunas que aún conservan sus placas, de modo que puedes conocer el artista o el nombre, pero algunas, no poseen ningún tipo de información.

Me gusta tratar de comprender un poco al artista, examinar la forma de su obra y hasta tocar el material. Así las personas que me vean, piensen que soy "rara" al sentir fascinación por esas esculturas, puedo comprender el "amor de creador" y sé que esos trabajos, fueron realizados con dedicación y cariño por sus escultores. Merecen ser apreciados como lo que son: Obras de arte que están ahí para embellecer la ciudad y nuestros corazones.
