Hello to all street art hunters! It had been a while since I was encouraged to participate in the weekly community contests and this time, I bring you a mural that fascinated me since I noticed it. It is located in Venezuela, more precisely in the city of Barquisimeto. I took the picture from afar and quickly, because the area was somewhat empty (and that doesn't give confidence here ha ha) so I couldn't see the artist's signature at the time, although I think you can read a name: Aby, at one of the extremes, perhaps, that is the author of the work.

Its vibrant colors call you and catch you as soon as you see it. And that's how I became aware of its existence. I was passing by that street purely by chance, since I usually take the same road when I return home. But that day I decided to take another path... and I don't regret it. In front of a square (whose name I don't remember 🤦‍♂️), is this beautiful work. I can't say for sure how long it's been done, but I would dare to say that it's recent, since for those who have seen the other murals I've uploaded, they will realize that most of them already have their time...

It is a beautiful symbology of the country. I really love its colors. What I regret the most is in a way its location. And it is that despite the fact that the drawing masterfully covers the wall, the site is little traveled. Which will inevitably lead it to fall on the list of forgotten works.

I strongly hope that its time of existence is long, since I upload these photographs remembering that one of the works that I uploaded, a few months ago, was completely covered with several layers of white paint. Perhaps a new drawing will take the place of that mural blurred by the sun, or it may simply remain that way, like another ordinary wall, until some nocturnal street artist dares to make use of that new canvas that was once Quite an unusual painting.

I could have this hanging on my wall. Beautifully done! The painting of a woman on the left looks like a heroine of sorts :)

Good luck with your entry!

Same here, it's really beautiful. That woman is the representation they made of the country, they always show it as a strong warrior who fights against adversity. Thank you very much for stopping by the publication, for your opinion and for your good wishes! 💖

Great wall... I love it when it tells History of the country (or the city...).

I wake up early on Sunday morning to take pictures in the empty streets but it's true that sometimes it's not reassuring 😀

Thanks for sharing these pics on The StreetArt Community.

Wow... I admire him for getting up early to take pictures, the good thing is that at those times, the places are emptier, it's hard for me to get up early, so I have no other choice ha ha

Thank you for stopping by and for commenting! 💖
