¡Hola a todos! Hoy también pude seguir con el reto Foxtober de Twitter y aunque estaba agotada mentalmente, me gustó bastante el resultado. La palabra para trabajar era Linterna, así que pensé en elaborar un outfit para mi personaje Puyoko, basándome un poco en una lámpara.

Hello everyone! Today I was also able to continue with the Foxtober Twitter challenge and although I was mentally exhausted, I quite liked the result. The word to work with was Lantern, so I thought I'd make an outfit for my character Puyoko, based a bit on a lamp.

En una hoja de mi block, realicé el boceto con un portaminas. Dibujando un vestido con volantes, con un diseño de mallas para hacer la mención de la rejilla de una lámpara (tengo una que es así). No esperaba sobrecargar el dibujo, ya que pretendía que la atención se la llevasen los detalles finales. Una vez que tuve definido el outfit, procedí a delinearlo con el marcador punta fina de color negro.

On a sheet of my pad, I made the sketch with a mechanical pencil. Drawing a frilly dress, with a mesh design to make mention of a lamp grille (I have one that is like this). I did not expect to overload the drawing, since I wanted the attention to be drawn to the final details. Once I had defined the outfit, I proceeded to outline it with the black fine tip marker.

A la hora de colorear, comencé definiendo algunas zonas del dibujo con marcadores y para las zonas más claras, así como para realizar las sombras, utilicé los crayones de madera.

At the time of coloring, I began by defining some areas of the drawing with markers and for the lighter areas, as well as to make the shadows, I used the wooden crayons.

Ya teniendo casi lista a la modelo, pinté el fondo con marcadores. Algo sencillo, dado que como comenté en un inicio, el dibujo está sobre una hoja de papel y no es el mejor soporte para trabajar con este tipo de material. Así que, realicé unas líneas perpendiculares y obtuve lo que sería el fondo como tal.

Having the model almost ready, I painted the background with markers. Something simple, since as I mentioned at the beginning, the drawing is on a sheet of paper and it is not the best support to work with this type of material. So, I made some perpendicular lines and obtained what would be the background as such.

Para finalizar, fotografíe el dibujo y a través de la app Line Camera, le agregué unos stickers de brillos, para dar la alusión de luz y darle a outfit, el toque que le hacía falta para ser considerado una linterna.

To finish, I photographed the drawing and through the Line Camera app, I added some glitter stickers, to give the allusion of light and give the outfit the touch it needed to be considered a lantern.
