El tema del concurso de ésta semana me ha parecido bastante curioso, ambas preguntas me agradan, pero como no logro dar (has los momentos) con alguna combinación de comida rara, me enfocaré en comentarles cuál criatura mítica me gustaría que existiera, aunque según mi opinión, ellas si existen. Sólo que no hay pruebas tangibles de probarlo.

The topic of this week's contest has seemed quite curious to me, I like both questions, but since I can't find (have the moments) with some combination of rare food, I will focus on telling you which mythical creature I would like to exist, although according to my opinion, they do exist. Only there is no tangible evidence to prove it.

¿Qué criatura mítica te gustaría que existiera de verdad?

Siempre he sentido fascinación por los bosques, aquellos lugares llenos de árboles y vegetación de todo tipo, en engendra diversas criaturas y dan pie a historias que rondan alrededor de su misticismo. Crecí como todos, escuchando leyendo los cuentos clásicos, en donde muchas cosas ocurrían en los bosques, pero lo que más me gustaba, era precisamente que esos lugares, tan llenos de vida, guardaban en su interior criaturas que no estaban dispuestas a dejarse ver por el ojo humano. Y entre ellas se encuentra mi favorita: Las hadas.

What mythical creature do you wish actually existed?

I have always been fascinated by forests, those places full of trees and vegetation of all kinds, in which various creatures spawn and give rise to stories that surround their mysticism. I grew up like everyone else, listening to reading the classic stories, where many things happened in the woods, but what I liked the most was precisely that those places, so full of life, kept inside creatures that were not willing to be seen by the human eye. And among them is my favorite: Fairies.

Desde que era pequeña sentí fascinación por el mundo miniatura o por lo menos, me gustaba imaginar historias que transcurrían entre las plantas. Era algo común para mí jugar con mis juguetes entre la hierba de la escuela o el jardín de la casa, allí me imaginaba el encuentro con las criaturas mágicas, entre ellas las hadas. Lo que más me atraía de ellas era la manera en que siempre las retrataban: Como seres hermosos con ropa hecha a medida a partir de los materiales de la naturaleza como hojas y ramas. Por supuesto, el otro atractivo eran sus hermosas alas de múltiples colores y el brillo que ellas generaban.

Ever since I was little I felt fascinated by the miniature world or at least, I liked to imagine stories that took place among the plants. It was common for me to play with my toys on the grass at school or in the garden of the house, there I imagined the encounter with magical creatures, including fairies. What attracted me most about them was the way they were always portrayed: As beautiful beings with clothes tailored from the materials of nature such as leaves and branches. Of course, the other draw was her beautiful multi-colored wings and the glow they generated.

De esa forma, me volví adoradora de ellas, creando incluso mis propios personajes basado en hadas (los dibujos los tengo en casa de mi madre). Creo fielmente en que ellas existen, sólo que no se muestran ante el ojo humano. He leído que no les gusta mucho acercarse a nosotros, sólo aquellos con los que sienten cierta afinidad, de ese modo, ellas son capaces de ayudarles, conformándose con un pequeño regalo como un poco de leche o algo dulce, eso les encanta. Si mi pequeña hada se mostrase ante mí, le serviría con gusto estas pequeñas comidas e incluso, le acomodaría un espacio para que estuviera conmigo, utilizando las cosas que tengo para mis muñecas e incluso, comprándole cosas en miniatura, como un juego de té o tela para hacerle ropa. Me gusta vestir a mis muñecas, teniendo un hada para posar la ropa, sería mucho más divertido, pues sabría que la ropa no sólo se guardaría.

In this way, I became a fan of them, even creating my own characters based on fairies (I have the drawings at my mother's house). I faithfully believe that they exist, only that they are not shown to the human eye. I have read that they do not like to approach us very much, only those with whom they feel a certain affinity, that way, they are able to help them, settling for a small gift like a little milk or something sweet, they love that. If my little fairy showed up to me, I would gladly serve her these small meals and even arrange a space for her to be with me, using the things I have for my dolls and even buying her miniature things, such as a tea set or cloth to make clothes. I like to dress my dolls, having a fairy to pose the clothes would be much more fun, because I would know that the clothes would not only be put away.

Sería bastante agradable poder contar con ellas para poder tener acceso a es mundo minimalista del cual no tenemos conocimiento y al igual cómo admiramos el volar de las luciérnagas por la noche, sería realmente hermosos poder admirar las reuniones de las hadas en un cielo nocturno. Pero, del mismo modo en que me gustaría que fueran visibles, prefiero realmente que no lo sean. Conociendo la maldad humana, estas frágiles criaturas no tardarían en caer en mano de personas inescrupulosas, al igual que las hermosas y frágiles mariposas que son sometidas a estar enmarcadas para estudio. Por eso, me conformo con admirarlas desde el ojo de lo fantástico, manteniéndose vivo y libre, fuera de la naturaleza del ser humano.

It would be quite nice to be able to count on them to be able to have access to this minimalist world of which we have no knowledge and just as we admire the flight of fireflies at night, it would be really beautiful to be able to admire the meetings of the fairies in a night sky. But in the same way that I would like them to be visible, I really prefer that they are not. Knowing human evil, these fragile creatures would soon fall into the hands of unscrupulous people, just like the beautiful and fragile butterflies that are subjected to being framed for study. For this reason, I am satisfied with admiring them from the eye of the fantastic, staying alive and free, outside the nature of the human being.
