Hello Foodies!

Dabeli is a popular Sweet and Spicy snack originating from Gujarat and now famous across the globe. It is made using Pav with a filling of spicy, tangy mashed potato mixture. The stuffing is placed between the pav with mint and tamarind chutney. It is widely served as a breakfast item and also as an evening snack. If you visit Gujarat or Mumbai, you will find it very cheap at the road side thellas but they taste the best.

Let’s see how we make it.
