How to stay motivated on a Monday

Monday comes after a 2 day week off (for a lot of people) and it is usually difficult to keep fresh and alive towards the start of the day. Very less people are pumped enough to be really productive on a Monday morning. But here are a few tips that can help you avoid Monday blues and start your day on a good, productive note.

Wake up early - We usually sleep till late on the weekends which makes us lazy. Mondays must start early, maybe 5 or 6 am, whatever suits you best but definitely not at 9 or 10 am.

Do some workout in the fresh air - Even if you don't do it every day, start your Mondays with small exercises that helps you body open up.

Take bath early, before breakfast - This is very important because bathing is like a kick, it freshens your mind and body.

Have a healthy breakfast - Something like a pancake or a vegetable omlette or porridge. Basically anything rich in protein.

Start your work with what you think is most difficult to complete - This is because once you are with the heavy work, others seem easy and get cleared smoothly.

So kickstart your Monday morning with a lot of energy and enthusiasm, be productive and enjoy your work to the fullest! Have a great week ahead.
