Have you ever noticed that we tend to eat more in Winters? Winters is the season of munching and gaining weight, LOL!

Munching is not that bad if what we munch is taken care off.

For this winter season, I have special munchies, home made with love 😍

Roasting Almonds and Cashwes are the best winter munchies. They are not only delicious but also healthy and full of nutritions . But yes, they must also be consumed in limit.

It's very easy to prepare roasted nuts at home.

Step 1: Take 1 TBSP salt and add it to 1/4 Cup of water. Mix till the salt gets dissolved completely.
Step 2: Add the salty water to the nuts and mix well.
Step 3: Take a pan and add 1/2 kg salt to it. Add the nuts to the pan in the salt and start stirring. Keep stirring until the nuts change their color.
Step 4: Take out the nuts and allow them to pass through a sieve to drain out the excess salt. Keep the nuts in open air for about 30 minutes, they will turn crisp and crunchy.

May it nuts are more consuming food in winters but in Pakistan as i have noticed that tea is most consuming.
