Hola chicos! Que gusto poder compartir con ustedes otro rico almuerzo, como han estado? Espero que muy bien, el día de hoy fue algo atareado mas quería comer carne con papas, es mi combinación perfecta, así que baje unos filetes del congelador para comerlos con un cremoso pure de papas, ademas de traerles el paso a paso de este almuerzo me gustaría pedirles algunos consejos sobre como condimentar la carne, no soy muy experta aunque me defienda con lo que se, seria muy bonito si me aconsejan y así podre tener mas variedad en mi cocina!.

I hope very well, today was a little busy but I wanted to eat meat with potatoes, it is my perfect combination, so I took some steaks down from the freezer to eat them with a creamy mashed potatoes, besides bringing you the step by step of this lunch I would like to ask you some tips on how to season the meat, I am not very expert but I defend myself with what I know, it would be very nice if you advise me and so I can have more variety in my kitchen!.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar y picar mis vegetales, utilice un tomate en cuadritos, una media cebolla también en cuadritos y un cuarto de pimentón rojo en tiras.

The first thing I did was to wash and chop my vegetables, I used a diced tomato, a half onion also diced and a quarter of a red bell pepper in strips.

Luego condimente mis filetes de carne con salsa de ajo, oregano, sal y pimienta.

Then season my beef steaks with garlic sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.

En una sartén antiadherente coloque una cucharada de aceite de coco para cocinar, a fuego bajo añadí los vegetales con una pizca mas de sal, luego añadí los filetes de carne previamente condimentados a los cuales les agregue salsa de tomate mientras se cocinaban.

In a non-stick frying pan I put a tablespoon of coconut cooking oil, over low heat I added the vegetables with a pinch of salt, then I added the previously seasoned beef steaks to which I added tomato sauce while they were cooking.

Para acompañar mis filetes de carne corte unas papas las cuales coloque a hervir, luego en un bowl con mantequilla y leche mas un tenedor volví las papas un cremoso pure de papas, este almuerzo fue rápido y sencillo, quedo realmente delicioso amo como el pimentón puede darle un toque diferente a mis comidas, espero que hayan disfrutado de esta receta tanto como yo, gracias por leer, feliz día!.

To accompany my steaks I cut some potatoes which I put to boil, then in a bowl with butter and milk plus a fork I turned the potatoes into a creamy mashed potatoes, this lunch was quick and easy, it was really delicious, I love how paprika can give a different touch to my meals, I hope you enjoyed this recipe as much as I did, thanks for reading, happy day!.
