Hola chicos! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que su día haya sido maravilloso, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, un poco entusiasmada de poder adquirir nuevos conocimientos cada día, en esta oportunidad me agrada compartir con ustedes como fue mi experiencia al ir a esterilizar a mi gatita rescatada Frejya, hace ya una semana les hable de esta gatita con pelaje plateado o gris metálico la cual fue rescatada y le estuvimos buscando hogar, mas, le agarramos tanto cariño que decidimos quedárnosla y así brindarme un cálido hogar, ella nos adora, hasta ahora la convivencia ha sido maravillosa, hasta que Frejya entro en celos!, pensábamos que aun estaba muy pequeña pero no es así, fueron días horribles amigos jajaja ella lloraba y se quejaba mucho, así que al pasar el celo decidimos esterilizarla de inmediato!.

I hope you are doing great and that your day has been wonderful, I am feeling excellent thanks to God, a little excited to acquire new knowledge every day, this time I am pleased to share with you how was my experience when I went to sterilize my rescued kitten Frejya, a week ago I told you about this kitten with silver or metallic gray fur which was rescued and we were looking for a home for her, but, we got so fond of her that we decided to keep her and give me a warm home, she adores us, so far the coexistence has been wonderful, until Frejya became jealous! , We thought she was still very small but she wasn't, they were horrible days friends hahaha she cried and complained a lot, so when the heat passed we decided to sterilize her immediately.

Yo me había comunicado con un amigo rescatista para saber donde y cuando ir a esterilizar a Frejya, justo el fin de semana que venia hacían una jornada donde por gatito cobran 20$, mas si llevas dos gatos tienes un descuento y te sale en 30$, fuimos el sábado por la tarde pero la doctora nos explico que obligatoriamente teníamos que dejar a Frejya en la mañana, nos dijo que al día siguiente harían mas esterilizaciones así que quedamos en venir el domingo.

Llegamos el domingo a las 8am como nos dijo la doctora, como ven en las fotos estábamos en compañía de copito un gato blanco muy cariñoso, mientras esperábamos llegaron mas personas con gatos, la doctora llego a las 9:30 am, pidió disculpas por la tardanza y procedimos a entregar a nuestras mascotas, claro llene un formulario con mis datos y los datos de Frejya, no me había puesto nerviosa hasta que tuve que dejarla en ese lugar jajaja quería estar junto a ella siempre, mientras esperábamos noticias de ella hicimos varias diligencias.

I had communicated with a rescuer friend to know where and when to go to sterilize Frejya, just the weekend they were doing a day where per kitten they charge 20$, but if you take two cats you have a discount and you get 30$, we went on Saturday afternoon but the doctor explained to us that we had to leave Frejya in the morning, she told us that the next day they would do more sterilizations so we agreed to come on Sunday.

We arrived on Sunday at 8am as the doctor told us, as you can see in the pictures we were in the company of Copito a very affectionate white cat, while we were waiting more people arrived with cats, the doctor arrived at 9:30 am, she apologized for the delay and we proceeded to deliver our pets, of course I filled out a form with my data and Frejya's data, I had not been nervous until I had to leave her in that place hahaha I wanted to be with her always, while we waited for news of her we did several errands.

A las 3pm recibo una llamada para indicarme que Frejya estaba lista para irse a casa, cuando llegamos ellos nos explicaron que no podían entregarla sin esperar a que se despertara, también nos dieron indicaciones de antibióticos y como teníamos que limpiar sus heridas, ella estaba muy sedada, de hecho intentaba levantarse y luego se quedaba dormida, como pueden ver en la fotografía ella fue la primera gatita esterilizada.

Al llegar a casa cuidamos muy bien de ella, Frejya es una gata muy inquieta y juguetona, su pasatiempo favorito es correr por toda la casa, así que estar sedada para ella era algo desesperante, luego de unas horas mas ya se encontraba caminando como si nada, le picaba mucho a veces la herida así que en algunas ocasiones tuvimos que vendarla, uno de los lugares donde mas le gusto descansar en su recuperación fue en el escritorio de mi pareja Chris como pueden ver en la foto de abajo, lo bueno es que se tomo la tarea de dormir largas siestas y dejar que su herida curara, ahora solo nos queda esperar que su pelaje crezca en esa zona jajaja, gracias por leer! feliz día a todos!.

At 3pm I receive a call to tell me that Frejya was ready to go home, when we arrived they explained that they could not deliver her without waiting for her to wake up, they also gave us indications of antibiotics and how we had to clean her wounds, she was very sedated, in fact she was trying to get up and then she would fall asleep, as you can see in the picture she was the first kitten to be sterilized.

When we arrived home we took very good care of her, Frejya is a very restless and playful cat, her favorite hobby is to run around the house, so being sedated for her was something desperate, after a few hours she was walking as if nothing, sometimes her wound was very itchy so sometimes we had to bandage it, one of the places where she liked to rest in her recovery was in my partner Chris's desk as you can see in the picture below, the good thing is that she took the task of sleeping long naps and let her wound heal, now we just have to wait for her fur to grow in that area hahaha, thanks for reading! happy day to all.
