Espero que se encuentren de maravilla y que su día haya sido muy productivo, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, una vez mas me uno a este concurso semanal de esta hermosa comunidad dedicada a mujeres fuertes, guerreras, emprendedoras y con mucho que demostrar aquí en Hive, en esta ocasión respondiendo las siguientes interrogantes: ¿Qué criatura mítica te gustaría que existiera realmente? y ¿Qué combinaciones extrañas de alimentos te gustan mucho?

I hope you are feeling wonderful and that your day has been very productive, I am feeling excellent thank God, once again I join this weekly contest of this beautiful community dedicated to strong, warrior, enterprising women with a lot to prove here in Hive, this time answering the following questions: What mythical creature would you like to really exist? and What strange combinations of food do you really like?

💖 ¿Qué criatura mítica te gustaría que existiera realmente?
Puede que hayan leído mucho sobre este magnifico animal mitológico mas es el primero y único en el que pienso cuando me planteo la idea de que quizás exista de verdad, este una criatura de la mitología griega que vive por muchos años y se regenera, lo interesante de ella es que lo hace de sus propias cenizas, ella representa esperanza, regeneración, aplomo y memoria, me gustaría que existiera por su majestuosidad, ademas para mi es la clara prueba de que aunque no nos este yendo muy bien y sintamos que ya no podamos mas, podemos resurgir de ese dolor, volver a nacer, ser nuevamente seres llenos de esperanza y vida, ella nos muestra que hasta en el peor momento tenemos la oportunidad de volver a brillar, me gustaría mucho que el ave Fenix existiera.

You may have read a lot about this magnificent mythological animal but it is the first and only one I think of when I consider the idea that perhaps it really exists, this is a creature of Greek mythology that lives for many years and regenerates, the interesting thing about it is that it does it from its own ashes, it represents hope, regeneration, poise and memory, I would like it to exist because of its majesty, besides for me it is the clear proof that even if we are not doing very well and we feel that we can not do it anymore, we can rise from that pain, to be born again, to be again beings full of hope and life, she shows us that even in the worst moment we have the opportunity to shine again, I would really like the Phoenix bird to exist.
💖 ¿Qué combinaciones extrañas de alimentos te gustan mucho?
Bueno, luego de pensarlo mucho creo que no tengo combinaciones extrañas a la hora de comer, mas, al viajar mucho por las ciudades de mi país a muchas personas se les hace extraño que me guste comer ciertas preparaciones o alimentos que son muy normales en mi Ciudad natal, así que les contare sobre ellos, el primero se trata de " Aguaito ", así le decimos y es algo muy típico en mi Ciudad, es un arroz con pollo y caldo, vegetales y condimentos, acompañado de un casabe, amo almorzar esto es algo con lo que crecí pero que en otros estados de mi país ven como extraño o raro, lo segundo son las caraotas o frijoles negros, literalmente puedo comerlos como sea, soy adicta a ellos, me encantan crudos, cocinados, sin condimentar, condimentados, dulces o salados, como sea jaja hubo una etapa de mi vida en la que los comía de merienda y hasta para ver peliculas en familia jajajaja no me juzguen en serio me encanta comer caraotas.

Well, after thinking about it a lot I think I do not have strange combinations when it comes to eating, more, when traveling a lot through the cities of my country many people find it strange that I like to eat certain preparations or foods that are very normal in my hometown, so I will tell you about them, the first is "Aguaito", so we call it and is something very typical in my city, it is a rice with chicken and broth, vegetables and condiments, accompanied by a cassava, I love to have lunch, this is something I grew up with but in other states of my country they see it as strange or weird, the second is the caraotas or black beans, I can literally eat them however I want, I am addicted to them, I love them raw, cooked, unseasoned, spicy, sweet or salty, whatever haha there was a time in my life when I ate them as a snack and even to watch movies with my family hahahaha do not judge me seriously I love to eat caraotas.

Black bean is almost a secondary staple in Chinese cooking often seasoned with salt and a chili type before combined with a sauce in steamed dishes. I enjoy having it in soups too. I never tried it raw though.
