Trying seafood pasta for the first time! 🍤 [ESP-ENG]

Hola hivers! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que su día haya sido maravilloso, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, feliz de poder compartir con ustedes una nueva experiencia culinaria por así decirlo jajaja desde pequeña fui una niña un poco " mala boca ", es decir, difícilmente me gustaba comer cualquier cosa, solo me limitaba a comer lo que sabia que me gustaba, luego al comenzar a viajar e indagar en nuevos sabores y formas de cocinar deje eso a un lado y me aventure en este mundo, tanto así que hoy en día cocinar es una de mis mas grandes pasiones, entre algunas cosas que aun a mis 22 años no he probado esta la pasta a la marinera, pedí un platillo aprovechando una fecha especial y aquí les traigo mi opinion sobre ella!

I hope you are very well and that your day has been wonderful, I am excellent thank God, happy to be able to share with you a new culinary experience so to speak hahaha since I was a little girl I was a little "bad mouth", that is, I hardly liked to eat anything, I just ate what I knew I liked, then when I started to travel and investigate new flavors and ways of cooking I left that aside and I ventured into this world, so much so that today cooking is one of my greatest passions, among some things that even at my 22 years I have not tried is the pasta marinara, I ordered a dish taking advantage of a special date and here I bring you my opinion about it!

Por supuesto me tome la tarea de buscar el mejor restaurante para pedir esta pasta, quería que mi experiencia al probarla fuera unica, con una buena pasta, cuando llego el delivery a casa me impresiono ver que adicional a la pasta también incluyen dos panes de ajo con mantequilla y queso parmesano, lo cual es el acompañante perfecto toda pasta.

Ah casi lo olvido, también pedí un refresco para acompañar esta rica cena, aunque me hubiera gustado tomar un jugo natural mas no hacen envios de jugos naturales en delivery jaja.

Of course I took the task of looking for the best restaurant to order this pasta, I wanted my experience to be unique, with a good pasta, when the delivery arrived home I was impressed to see that in addition to the pasta they also include two garlic breads with butter and parmesan cheese, which is the perfect accompaniment to any pasta.

Oh I almost forgot, I also ordered a soft drink to go with this delicious dinner, although I would have liked to have a natural juice but they don't send natural juices in delivery haha.

Llego el momento de abrir la pasta! Cuando la vi primero que nada me asusto ver a un camarón entero jajaja digo, solo lo había visto sin cascara en la comida china y sushi pero dejarlo entero así como se ve en la foto para alguien que odia los insectos como yo, no fue tan agradable a la vista jajaja, lo siguiente que note fue la almeja y los demás mariscos como el pulpo o cangrejo, cuando pregunte por este platillo me dieron que son mariscos salteados en aceite de oliva con ajo y pimienta, también que la pasta es elaborada por ellos mismos, este platillo me costo 11$ ( con los panes de ajo y el queso parmesano extra ).

En cuanto a sabor pues debo admitir que es una de las mejores pastas que probado en mi vida, pensé que no me iba a gustar pero fue todo lo contrario, es una exquisites de pasta, es perfecta, ademas piensas que es muy poco por como luce pero no pude terminar de comer en realidad jajaja guarde un poco para mas tarde, esta experiencia fue todo un éxito para mi, si aun no se animan a probarla los invito a buscar un buen restaurant y probarla!.

When I saw it first of all I was scared to see a whole shrimp hahaha I mean, I had only seen it without the shell in Chinese food and sushi but to leave it whole as it looks in the picture for someone who hates insects like me, it was not so nice to see hahaha, the next thing I noticed was the clam and the other seafood like octopus or crab, when I asked for this dish they gave me that they are seafood sautéed in olive oil with garlic and pepper, also that the pasta is made by themselves, this dish cost me 11$ ( with the garlic breads and extra parmesan cheese ).

In terms of taste I must admit that it is one of the best pasta I have ever tasted in my life, I thought I was not going to like it but it was the opposite, it is an exquisite pasta, it is perfect, you think it is too little because of how it looks but I could not finish eating actually hahaha I saved some for later, this experience was a success for me, if you still do not dare to try it I invite you to find a good restaurant and try it!.
