We spend a significant amount of time sleeping, so it is important to eat healthy and nutritious food. That is why I decided to cook colorful vegetables together with beef for dinner. This dish is not only delicious but also helps keep the body healthy.During the hot summer days, our bodies lose a lot of water and minerals through sweating, which can lead to weakness and fatigue.
