Honestly, it saddens me when it comes to the issue of adoption due to how humans don’t know what loving πŸ₯° others totally πŸ’― is because of the life they choose to live. But what do you expect when an old saying says that β€œBlood is thicker than water” Then, is this really so? Because I have seen cases where some parents treats their children so badly that you begin to think inside of you if these kids are truly theirs.

So you can imagine the feeling inside a woman who has not been able to conceive a child πŸ‘§ in her marriage of many years, and needs to have a child of her own because of what the world 🌎 will say if she ends up adopting. This is were the hatred many children who were adopted faces once somebody like this very woman with wrong perception of what people will say finally adopts. She will never treat that child with love.

But then, I have seen women who conceived, bore their own children but still ended up adopting other children πŸ‘¦ because of the love ❀️ they have for these children who has never had the really taste of parenthood. Angelina Joli, the great American πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Actress adopted extra two kids, after having three (3) kids, making five children she parented as a mother with her husband Brat Pitt .

Madonna, the great Iconic singer 🎢and legendary musician πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ€ adopted two (2) girls from Africa, Kenya πŸ‡°πŸ‡ͺ precisely when she came to Africa as a tourist many years ago. By now her two African girls πŸ‘§ would have graduated from one of the best American πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Universities, while also practicing music 🎢 as she wanted them from childhood while giving them the best luxury of lifestyle.

This is the only way children who has been adopted should be treated, knowing that this kids never had the opportunity of parenthood from baby age due to situations and circumstances surrounding their birth. But many who only has the perception of the need to adopt because they were not able to conceive children of their own are the once who do not know how to love ❀️ and can not love these children because it not their blood 🩸. I see this as wickedness and lack of fear of God.

I have a friend who was married for close to five (5) years and was not able to conceive. She was worried 😟 as a woman even while the husband keep telling her not to worry, that their children will come when God decides. But she insisted they should adopt and the husband consented to it. They adopted a baby girl πŸ‘§ whom she adores so much with genuine love πŸ’•. The girl was two years at the time of adoption and before she clocks three and half years, my friend conceived and had a baby girl πŸ‘§. She was over joyed and loved her adopted daughter the more, believing the brought luck to her and her husband.

Life is full of different individuals with different opinions, perceptions and motives. Why ho for adopted if you know your heart β™₯️ can not accept another person’s blood? You should not even involve in it if you know you will maltreat this child because he or she did not come out from your womb. People don’t know children brings luck πŸ€ into our household and this can only happen through the way we treat them. Both our children and those who are not our children are God given.

However, I feel adoption should be made more strict through the process of law and documented. Everyone who wants to adopt a child should be checked before process begins because humans are not what they say. Paper work on the right of a child should be processed gradually while secret investigation are carried out on the couples who seek for the adoption because many believed that with their money πŸ’° they can get what they want.

In conclusion, a board should also be set up on after adoption follow up , where children that have been adopted are regularly checked up on to know how they are feeling physically and emotionally. Although, this might contradict issues as some couples might not like the idea, but it’s important and vital.

This is my response to the #hiveleaners featured content for week 217, edition 03.

Adoption is a very serious process that needs strict criteria for the safety and welfare of the orphan.

Yes, adoption should be treated seriously with strict rules and laws to guide it. And the follow up is good and necessary.
I also wish to say that, not all who go for adoption because they couldn't have kids do so just because of that reason and so would end up maltreating the children. In a way, I think adoption benefits them more, so long as they meet the requirements. Some could be bad, but I consider that many do so out of true and genuine love. And they should be able to do adopt if they are qualified.

Of course. Many truly have genuine love. I feel the authority concern should pay more attention to make adoption more safe.

Thanks for your time visiting @daverick . Enjoy your weekend πŸ˜‡
