Caramel Buttery Sweet Round Bread Recipe (With Delicious Coating)

Am always happy once the weekend comes around because it enables me to have time on my hands, allowing me to enjoy the kitchen and I know my friends here feels the same too.
Today I made a sweet bread to share with you because it has been a while I have not made one of those flavorful, delicious bread 🥯 here. And what makes this bread difference is that its a simple one without a shape but just round, delicious and golden in caramel coating.
Another thing with this bread is that I did not really need to knead it so finely because I wanted it a bit rough to be able to bring out some toast textures when finally baked and caramelized with sugar and margarine that made it so sweet.

This is one of those bread recipe my eldest daughter likes to enjoy from the local bakers whose bread usually taste so difference because they usually bake their breads with built clay charcoal oven that looks like a goldsmith fire 🔥 . Haha 😆. We really need to go back in time and enjoy the ancient life a bit.
Its very simple to put together once you go through your pantry for a quick bread 🥯, and in no time bring it to the table for everyone to enjoy as breakfast with some warm chocolate 🍫 or tea 🍵 this weekend.
Below I take you through the process with step by step.
INGREDIENTS:

300 g of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons of margarine
1/2 cup of premium sugar
2 teaspoons of banana extract
2 teaspoons of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
5 ml cap of vegetable oil
1 packet of non dairy creamer milk.

Warm water for yeast milk
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.


First thing we will do is to make our yeast milk with the warm water, adding our sugar before we stir thoroughly.
Step 2.


Next, we add the cinnamon, salt , vegetable oil and stir properly to incorporate.

Add the banana extract above
Step 3.




We gradually add our flour here above,
Stirring. Then we add the rest
Step 4.

We add our powdered milk and the margarine above .



We stir the dough gently and have it ready
Step 5.

We glaze the baking pan and add the dough into it.


Then take it into the preheated oven to bake it for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 Celsius.
Step 6.


While the bread is baking, we will caramelize our margarine and sugar here above




And once its baked, we gradually coat the bread 🥯 with the caramel to obtain a golden deliciousness .

Siempre me alegro cuando llega el fin de semana porque me permite disponer de tiempo libre para disfrutar de la cocina, y sé que mis amigos aquí sienten lo mismo.
Hoy he hecho un pan dulce para compartir con vosotros porque hacía tiempo que no preparaba uno de esos panes tan sabrosos y deliciosos 🥯 aquí. Y lo que diferencia a este pan es que es sencillo, sin forma, simplemente redondo, delicioso y dorado con una capa de caramelo.
Otra cosa que tiene este pan es que no tuve que amasarlo mucho porque quería que quedara un poco grueso para que, al hornearlo y caramelizarlo con azúcar y margarina, quedara con una textura tostada que lo hiciera tan dulce.

Esta es una de las recetas de pan que le gusta a mi hija mayor, de una panadería local cuyo pan suele tener un sabor muy diferente porque lo hornean en un horno de leña de arcilla que parece el horno de un orfebre 🔥 . Jaja 😆. Realmente necesitamos retroceder en el tiempo y disfrutar un poco de la vida antigua.
Es muy fácil de preparar una vez que revisas tu despensa en busca de pan rápido 🥯, y en poco tiempo lo puedes llevar a la mesa para que todos lo disfruten como desayuno con un poco de chocolate caliente 🍫 o té 🍵 este fin de semana.
A continuación, te explico el proceso paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES:

300 g de harina para todo uso
3 cucharadas de margarina
1/2 taza de azúcar extrafino
2 cucharaditas de extracto de plátano
2 cucharaditas de levadura seca
1 cucharadita de canela
1/2 cucharadita de sal
5 ml de aceite vegetal
1 paquete de crema de leche no láctea.

Agua tibia para la leche con levadura
PASOS PARA LA PREPARACIÓN:
Paso 1.


Lo primero que haremos es preparar nuestra leche con levadura con el agua tibia, añadiendo el azúcar antes de remover bien.
Paso 2.


A continuación, añadimos la canela, la sal y el aceite vegetal, y removemos bien para que se mezclen.

Añadimos el extracto de plátano por encima.
Paso 3.




Añadimos poco a poco la harina aquí arriba,
removiendo. A continuación, añadimos el resto.
Paso 4.

Añadimos la leche en polvo y la margarina por encima.



Removemos la masa suavemente y la dejamos lista.
Paso 5.

Engrasamos el molde y añadimos la masa.


A continuación, mételo en el horno precalentado y hornéalo durante 20-25 minutos a 180 °C.
Paso 6.


Mientras se hornea el pan, caramelizaremos la margarina y el azúcar aquí arriba




Y una vez horneado, cubrimos gradualmente el pan 🥯 con el caramelo para obtener una delicia dorada.

«¡Qué bonito y qué explosión de sabores!». . Las fotos no permiten apreciar todo lo bueno que tiene este pan, ¡pero se nota en el sabor! Solo tienes que hornearlo este fin de semana.
