Crunchy Chili, Cinnamon Homemade Chips πͺ

Had little time on my hands this weekend friends and decided to try out something new to share with you . And their is nothing like homemade recipes where we choose to enjoy what we want, than going for store and supermarket- bought items.
After lunch π₯ earlier this afternoon I was looking for what to make for snacking before taking out to watch some movies π₯πΏ, because usually movies has to demand some bites along the line. And quickly, potatoes chips came to mind. Haha π.
I donβt ever lack potatoes in the house because its do versatile. And thinking about this potatoes chips, chili πΆ and cinnamon came to my mind which made it the first time to try out this recipe. And luckily, I have red chili πΆ powder and cinnamon.
And βyes, you can totally π― buy this chips at the store π¬ , but why not make this recipe at home instead just like I did? Because clearly, I have a thing for homemade everything , which I practically enjoys. Haha π.

This potato chips came out so crunchy and crispy which is so surprising. So donβt ever think of soggy chips once you go with every details here. This baked potato chips recipe is easy to make and con become addictive. Just thinly sliced and tossed with chili powder, cinnamon and some vegetable oil, then baked until perfectly crispy and golden. Better than a store bought, haha π
Here below I will show you the process with step by step.
INGREDIENTS: (two servings)

3 small sweet potatoes
1/2 teaspoon of chili πΆ powder
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt to taste
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.

To prepare this potatoes in chip thinly slice, we first wash the potatoes thoroughly and leave to dry since we are not peeling off the back.


Next, we will thinly slice the potatoes. Using small size potatoes is ideal.
Step.2.


Gradually, we thinly sliced the whole potatoes

And take it into the bowl
Step 3.

We add the salt, red chili, cinnamon and vegetable oil.


Then stir thoroughly to incorporate.
Step 4.



We gradually will place the slices on the rack above


And take it into the preheated oven to bake for 20 minutes at 300 Celsius

Crunchy and hot, we enjoy π this delicious quick finger snacks over a weekend movie πΏ with family or loved π₯° ones. Sweet potatoes being the best potato chips because it contains some starch for crunchiness.

Packed with aroma that you will want to make this chips over and over again. Simple and does not take much of your time in the kitchen.
