Healthy Caramelized Sesame, Ginger And Exotic Flavored Bread 🍞

Happy weekend dear lovers of healthy plant based foods here in Plantpowervegan . As we make Resolution for 2024, we should not forget to prioritize our health as one important lifestyle.

And looking at this recipe I bring to share and teach you today friends, its a loaf 🍞 that is very special because of all I have combined to prepare it . But its one you can make and enjoy with your loved 🥰 ones at home too. Its simple and straightforward once you have all needed ingredients in the pantry.

Because of my love for bread 🥐, I keep devising for different recipes that will help me make and prepare varieties of flavorful bread with those unique taste that will be different from what we purchase at the supermarkets and grocery stores 🏬. For my today’s recipe, I have combined grated ginger with some all in one exotic flavors of strawberry 🍓, pineapple 🍍, banana 🍌 black current, coconut 🥥 and papaya,. And decorating finally with caramelized sesame as toppings. This is one Flavorful loaf bread lovers should try out. Its healthy and delicious 😋

Here I show you the ingredients for this recipe and steps we need to prepare it.

INGREDIENTS:

300 g of all Purpose flour
1/2 cup of soy milk
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Thumb size of ginger ( to be grated)
1 tablespoon of yeast powder
2 tablespoons of margarine
3 teaspoon of premium sugar
2 teaspoon of exotic flavors

EXTREA INGREDIENTS

Mug of warm water

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

First I will peel and grate the ginger to keep readily.

I will caramelized the sesame seeds by heating up the pan, add the sugar, then add the sesame seeds. Stir both to caramelize into golden brown.

Step 3.

I will soak the yeast powder adding one teaspoon of sugar to it. Stir properly and cover to rest for about five minutes.

Here I will go on to mix the flour first with the ingredients by adding it in a bowl 🥣. Add salt, premium sugar, margarine and grated ginger. Will then incorporate all with the tips of my fingers.

To mix into a dough I will add the now ready yeast and stir it into the dough. Then add some soy milk to help the dough look soft and fine

For that exotic flavors I want for this bread 🍞, here I added all in one Essence Fruits Flavoring. A good combination of fruits flavors which I kneaded into the dough.

Step 7.

To mold the dough for baking, I will glaze the baking pan, cut the dough into smaller sizes and roll in a straight format to place into the pan.

And to garnish with the caramelized sesame, once the rolls are readily place in the pan, I will stick the sesame all round the dough making sure it enters well and sticked.

Step 9.

I will keep the ready dough for at least 25 minutes as to enable enlargement in size like it is here.

Step 10.

Once time elapses, I will take the dough into the preheated oven to bake for 25 minutes for properly golden brown finishing at 180 Celsius.

What a delicious delightful finishing. This is exactly what this bread 🍞 should look like with what I anticipated. Fresh oven bread with lots of flavors all around the kitchen. You can imagine how delicious this bread will taste . I recommend this very recipe you guys to try out.

Hi @sunshine29, these breads look very interesting, very delicious.

There is something that is necessary, I would say mandatory in this community, and that is that when users use ingredients that may or may not be vegan, such as margarine, milk, cheese, and any other product that is similar in the animal world, IT IS VERY NECESSARY that they show the packaging.

Here you have used soy milk, but I don't see the package or container for that milk. I don't see the margarine container either. If you have them on hand, please include the photos in this post.

Thank you for this verification @sirenahippie . I have this packages but sometimes don’t want to overload the ingredient tray hence I just take out the quantity needed and include them in the ingredient list.

Here are the photos of the margarine and the Soy milk which I buy and store in the refrigerator once it is opened and will measure into the glass since its not cocked again . This very flavor is Soy and Banana
