Spicy Onions, Carrots Delicacy Recipe πŸ§…πŸ₯•πŸŒΆπŸ₯™

Today friends I will be sharing with you a delicacy made out of onions, carrots and other condiments which made this delicacy a delicious one. The base ingredients being the onions and carrots, but without the aid of the spices, there will not be a delicacy recipe.

This two base ingredients I have combined to make a delicious delicacy that we can enjoy as a sauce for warm rice 🍚, spaghetti 🍝 or even boiled plantains. Onions and carrots are two healthy vegetable that enriches us with vitamins for that good eye sight and nourishment of the skin.

The purpose of this recipe is to teach us of how we can always enjoy our breakfast 🍳 lunch πŸ₯™ or dinner with sauces not only made from cherry tomatoes πŸ…. This means that every vegetable can be used for sauce making.

INGREDIENTS:

2 large size onions
6 finger carrots
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon of chili 🌢 paste
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Cloves of garlic πŸ§„
Salt to taste

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare this delicacy I will start by cleaning and slicing the onions and the garlic.

Keep aside .

Step 2.

Will clean the carrots, wash and dice in squares

Step 3.

The main base for the recipe the onions and carrots .

Next is to fry by placing the pan on the cooker add 2 tablespoons equivalent vegetable oil and allow to heat up. I will then add the carrots first.

As the carrots fries, I will add the salt, stir it into the carrots, then will add the chili paste, the turmeric, ginger and black pepper.

And will incorporate all together.

Step 6.

I will add just a little water to steam the carrot a bit.

Step 7.

As it fries, I will add curry, thyme, the onions and garlic.

I will thoroughly incorporate all the ingredients together to bring this recipe into a delicacy as a flavorful and aromatic combination.

And cover to steam up in low heating.

And will bring it down after a minute or two to avoid over cooking πŸ₯˜ ,

And will serve this sauce still warm to enable us enjoy the goodness and richness of this veggie combination. We can add warm rice 🍚, , spaghetti 🍝, plantains, boil potatoes πŸ₯” or even enjoy it with some bread 🍞. This is a beautiful vegan meal with lots of health.

It is a very simple recipe but it looks very tasty, I really like to sautΓ© vegetables and add spices, it is very good and I like it just the way you served it, with rice it is perfect.
